Wax tray/cup is too tiny and shallow only holds one wax cube at a time
Cute but the very tiny shallow cup that holds the melts is way too small and after about 3 weeks of use the light dosnt even melt the 1 cube of wax that fits in it which isnt enough to really smell anything. Big disappointment

Broken when received
Broken when received. Box it was in nor the shipping box were damaged. I gave it a 2 because it is cute.

Amazing wax warmer
I love how fast it melts the wax. The only problem I’ve had is finding a good way to clean off the wax in the bowl. But besides that everything works great and I love how strongly it carries the smell.
