The media could not be loaded.  !!!!!!*IMPORTANT*!!!!!!!This only holds 66 pounds, not the 110 as said on the site so instantly 1 Star for false advertisement, I talked to 6 different people from Amazon to try to fix this and in the end, a manager! told me I was a rude person and hung up on me. I was offered a refund or to send it back for a full refund and I maybe half to pay for shipping.But until then, It does work, the lights on the Bottom change color witch I do not like and, I have not figured out how to change that yet or if I can, one of the lights has a Disconnected wire on one side but a connected Wire on the other side to the other light, but both lights work, I can't figure out how to use the radio and it comes preloaded with Chinese or Korean English lullaby, and the remote control part is questionable, not sure there is a good connection or if its the toy its self but turning is difficult for it, I have Multiple videos but can only upload one. I'll see if I can put more on, My dog is around 22 pounds. And loves it

Buyer be aware upfront that the product arrives in separate boxes, and not at the same time. Don’t start trying to put it together as soon as the first large box arrives. Assembly was a mess when we thought we had missing parts and waited a few days for the next box.
