Do you like new projects?! I mean of course you probably do, you're buying a lucet fork. Anways, will this product function right out of the bag? Nope. Not at all. Does that mean it's a horrible buy? Not entirely. For the cheap price you do get the raw material for a decent lucet fork. So if you're willing to sand all of the edges away to a round and smooth finish (like I did) you can indeed get a functional lucet fork from this product. If you're new to sanding, remember to progress through the grits. A smooth finish is necessary. It will be the only way to actually complete a cord out of cotton yarn with this fork, before the urge to maim someone with it takes over.

Easy to use and exactly what I wanted.

Not a bad product, works for small infrequent projects. It's smooth, but could be sanded smoother in a couple of areas. It is unfinished wood so the finishing sanding is very important. It's not something I use very often so it works fine for me. If your using a Lucent Fork frequently I would suggest you go with a higher end product. Good as a starter tool if new to fork braiding.

I purchased this item excepting better quality. My yarn stuck to the fork because it was rough. The handle was had to use and uncomfortable.

The Fork snags on the yarn when you try to use it.

This lucet is a joke ! It's teeny tiny . More like a childs toy than a real lucet . Very disappointed !
