TinkyadaBrown Rice Pasta with Rice Bran, Lasagne, 280 g

I order these gluten free noodles every year to make our traditional lasagna for New Year’s Eve. Nobody would guess it was gf - excellent texture and flavor.

I have purchased these twice now. I am gluten intolerant. Taste wise they are good. The noodles themselves are very fragile. Both times I have ordered them there have been broken noodles in them. I use them to make a modified version of lasagna. I just warn you that they are fragile and they are not cheap.

I love this brand but all.of the noodles were broken to some degree many in tiny pieces .

I love this brand and it is difficult to find in our local supermarket. Great taste, easy to prepare - love using the energy efficient method. My only complaint is the cost - IF you can find it in a supermarket it is generally cheaper than purchased here, so I guess I'm paying a convenience fee. Would give it a 4 star for that but I love this too much to quibble over a few bucks.
