The delivery service was good and the sofa arrived well packaged - we bought a 2 seater and a 3 seater and loved them. After around 12 months, one of buttons came undone on the 3 seater sofa. Those things could happen as it is a sofa, but it is an expensive item and we would have expected it to not have such problems so soon. So we contacted the seller and had a response from "Tom". This is quite simple - if the seller said they could not help after 12 months warranty, that would have been fine. But surprisingly, Tom accused us of "users errors", "must have pulled it off", asking "do you have children at home". This is completely uncalled for and inappropriate - and unpleasant and lacking basic customer service knowledge and skills. Ultimately, if they cannot help, they cannot; it is just totally unnecessary to take the approach they had. We have contacted Amazon and they will help - Amazon customer services are excellent as always! For this specific seller, we really could not recommend them with the experience we have had - definitely avoid any purchase of expensive and long-lasting items such as the sofa.

I was a little worried about buying sofas that i hadn't seen in person. It's the first time i've ever done it but i needn't have worried. I bought the 3 seater and 1.5 seater and they are absolutely stunning. The material is soft and luxurious and are so comfortable. They look so much more expensive than they were. I'm delighted with them. Delivery was really quick. The only downside was that unlike other sofa purchases, the delivery was only to the kerb-side. Luckily i had help on the day.

Whoever makes these Sofas at DProT Ltd obviously enjoys making them. They are hand made and made well. We ordered the 3 seater and 2 seater in the Mustard and we were not disappointed. They look really classy . Delivery was very quick and the items were packaged really well. You do need help getting them inside as it is kirb side drop only, but being that they come in a cupboard box (yes you read correctly) made it easier for us. We love them! Thanks DProT.

Bought this piece of furniture absolutely love it BUT as you can see one side is very ruched up contacted seller but need to sort out return which would be very costly so sticking with it ! A lesson learnt at my expense!
