It holds on so well to its battery life. I had it now for around half year. Don’t use it a lot, but my schools died on me in months. This was cheaper and works better.

When I received the Bonpow foot file it wouldn't recharge its battery. I got in touch with the sellers and they replaced it immediately.

Unfortunately mine arrived damaged and was refunded instantly. I have had one before and they are really good

I LOVE the Bompow. This is the second one I've bought.If it wasn't for the charge problem I'd have given it a 5* reviewBUT, the new one doesn't hold the battery charge well which is the reason I had got rid of the old one. Initially my first one held charge exceptionally well but, after 18 months or so, that stopped retaining battery charge for any worthwhile length of time.There is no way into the device to change the battery. So I threw it away and bought a new one and unfortunately it doesn't hold the charge well at all. I'm going to try and send it back. I'll hope to give a third one a try as they are incredibly effective and easy to use when they're working properly.

Absolutely brilliant… feet feel amazing!

This device worked right out of the box without the need to charge it. It definitely works, and does what it's claimed to do, but it needs to be applied with some care. I used the 'softer' of the two rollers, and I used the slower of the two speed settings, yet I still managed to wear away some real living skin that had been under the dead/calloused skin. I attach no blame to the device however; this was just my fault and the lesson learned is that I will be more careful next time.So when the manufacturer states (on this product page) that it's "Safe and Comfortable to Use: This cracked skin remover doesn't has harmful blade and roller surface to hurt your skin" I would offer a word of caution. It may not have a harmful blade, true, but careless application could easily cause some harm.It's a little fiddly getting in between the toes, mainly due the size of the roller - it's about 2cm across. I think I would have preferred a thinner roller as back-up for this reason. A 1cm roller would facilitate better access to the inner sides of the toes. Having said that, I expect most people will plan on using this device on more flat and open areas such as the heel, and for such a purpose the roller size is fine.For what it's worth, the product comes in a rather nice box, and while I'm not sure that many will be thinking of buying it as a Christmas or birthday present, it's fair to say that this does, in a way, come gift-wrapped.The device is very easy to use, the main point to note is that it needs to be applied with care.

When my older model finally conked out after more than a decade, as is typical with new models, I was concerned the replacement would not measure up. I was pleasantly surprised! The rechargeable upgrade is great— no more expensive batteries. Perfect exfoliation, plus this new model offers a fine grade roller too. This is by far the best heel smoother on the market! Easy to use and a snap to clean— removing the roller head and running it under water is all it takes. I highly recommend this product!

Advantages:1. Wireless - easy and flexible to use.2. Calluses Disappeared - I had 4 big rock hard calluses, I used this file only once (about 3 weeks ago) and when I tried to use the file again today, the other 2 calluses have disappeared.3. Can Pair With Other Products/Tools - I usually use this product along with a callus shaver or a sharp knife like tool, to shave the dead skin, After each piece of dead skin I shave off, I blend it over with this file. It has worked this way for me.4. Just Within 5 Uses, It May Heal Your Foot - I think if you have a rock like callus/corn like me, you might need to use the file 4-5 times. I've only used it twice and I'm seeing a major difference.Disadvantages:1. More File Heads - I wish the foot file came with more file heads. The current one might be smooth after a 3rd use.2. Waterproof - I hope this was also waterproof, so it was easier to wash& clean the file. But I understand, the effectiveness of the file is tested on dry skin, rather than wet skin.
