Excellent read, a must for anyone who wants to learn about Utah's colorful past. Breaks down by county hidden and long lost treasure. Interspersed with history new and old. Turns everyone into an armchair treasure hunter, and you might actually find yourself outdoors following clues to elusive gold.

It's a really fun book to read, well written, and is intriguing. Whether or not the treasures in the book still exist is questionable, but it's fun to read the stories...and imagine!

Just random, unsustantiated, paragraph long stories. For some reason Salt Lake county is omitted. I returned the book on arrival.

A good read, for those who are not familiar with the subject matter Covers topics that I have not read about. I'm always entertained by the Author. Appreciate all the time and effort he has put into his research.

This author intimatly knows the backcountry and history of the State of Utah better than anyone out there! Excellent book for learning some Utah history as well as a great resource for starting your own adventure!
