Faulty lock.
The most pathetic service give lm my the vendor and Amazon.First the lock was delivered on 11th July but uptill 30th July no installation service provider reached to get it fixed. Even Amazon did not help.Later, when we decided to get the lock installed on our own, we came to know there is a manufacturing defect in the lock.Worst product and even worst service.Honestly, Never buy this product from Amazon.

Stops working in a year
Very poor quality of lock.. within one year the lock is not opening with the key provided. The internal mechanism is gone. Godrej person asks 200 for visit just to inform this and asks another 600 for fixing it..Better go with another brand
