Use different cooking method with this product.
The directions tell you to boil the gnocchi - that turns out very mushy!Instead, try sauteing the gnocchi. Turns out much better in my opinion.I put them in a saute pan with a bit of butter and gently cooked themuntil their were lightly browned. With the browned butter giving thema slightly nutty taste, I think this method produces better results.

One package of the six was inedible.
The gnocchi were very good. However one package of the 6 was all clumped up and appeared to be inedible and I just threw them away.It did not appear that they were damaged or spoiled in shipment; they likely were the result of poor quality control.I would have returned all of them but this order does not allow returns. We did cook one of the others and so the star rating represents the taste, etc of the remaining ones.Very disappointed seems to be a good product.

Qualit control isssues
Quality control issues. Hopefully the quality control issues have been resolved. In 2 packages from two shipments to us, we found gnats withing the gnocchi. It was like the gnats had flown onto the whole gnocchi while it was drying and got stuck inside. Very disappointing as my teens live gnocchi and they didn't want it after they found d the bugs.

Gluten free not worth it
The gluten free ones (the regular are probably great) turn IMMEDIATELY into mashed potatoes.I have tried cooking them only 1 minute, and steaming them instead, and browning them first.... Nothing works. Mashed potatoes.

delicioso!
I took the advice of browning them from another poster. 10 minutes-ish medium high in olive oil (abt 1/4 cup) and brown them well. I added a dollop of butter and abt 1/2 cup of cream (keep the heat on) *im sure broth or sauce would work too- and I let them sit a minute boiling. Used a spoon and tossed them around in Parmesan, pepper and ranch spices. Served. DELICIOUS

Turns to mush
Don't boil these unless you like mush! Unfortunately I purchased 6 bags. I boiled the first bag just like the directions said ad they instantly turned to mush. A BIG BLOB of mush.I tried butter frying a second bag and it was slightly better but not much. There are way better gluten free brands out there. I was bummed cause I love gnocchi.

Ok
It’s a small portion but enough for two people. I like it just when I tried to fry it to crisp it up it started to fall apart in the pan after I boiled it. Kind of pricey for how small the bag was.
