This product is very expensive.The initial use of it had me concerned because of the expense. I dont regret the price now as the improvement of my skin was immediate. It smoothed and plumped my skin like none of the other serums I've tried did. This includes TNS, Prevage. Using it twice a day, it lasted a good two months. It does not work with Retin-A, and I had to discontinue use. I found the best price with Amazon.

I have sun damage on the driver side of my face from frequent sun. I am 50 yrs old. I have fine lines forming on the driver's side. (The other side of my face is like 10 years younger looking without the lines..). In general I have good skin, but it tends to be dry especially in winter, and is very thin. The derma told me that the lines were not reversible and there is little I can do cosmetically via peels, etc. I decided to do some research and have been using the bio serum, vitamin C topically, oral phytoceramides, and oral pycnogenol. I have had IMMENSE improvement in my facial skin on both sides. Yes, I still have lines, but they do look a bit less and I definitely have a nice glow now. I have been on the neocutis and oral supplements for about 30 days. It takes at least that time to see results with any product, as skin cells only turn over every 25 dyas. So,, the skin lines are still there but somewhat finer (the crows feet are even softened). AND there is a nice glow to my skin. The skin is no longer flaky and dry. I don't wear makeup, and look great without it. The neocutis has probably been part of this. I love the way in sinks into my skin, not greasy and yet skin feels more moisturized when I put it on. And if the PSP's work to help the skin cells turn over - well that's all to the good!

If you are looking for a quick fix, this is it. I was skeptical, especially for the price but within 1-2 days I had remarkable visible improvement with fine lines under my eyes and 3-4 days, the heavier lines on my forehead. I didn't do the 7-day treatment. I just used a tiny amount in my problem areas with true results. Made me feel good and I looked great. It's expensive, which is another reason I used it very sparingly. But it does work. Results lasted several weeks. I also liked their under-eye moisturizer, but this has a higher potency of their 'miracle' ingredients.

My dermatologist recommended this and I got it via her office and have been using it for a little over a year now.I use it in the morning and leave it on awhile before putting on another sunscreen/lotion. Its expensive, but lasts several months...you just use a pea size amount...I don't use a full "pump" for each application.I'm 55 and love boating/fishing etc so have some wrinkle issues that seem to have improved...especially small ones around eye area.Also, think this has made the "feel" of my face smoother...but that could be my night cream...not sure.This price is WAY better than through my doc office too :)

I did not think this serum was anything special. I had been using Future Solutions serum by Shiseido and ended up going back to that because I felt it made my skin look and feel more youthful. I was using this product in conjunction with the Journee day cream, and my pores also became enlarged after a few days use. Not sure if it was from the Bio-Serum or the Journee cream.Was an expensive duo, and I ended up discarding both after a week or two of use.

This is a great serum and the basis of the Neocutis line of products, works great and brings suppleness and moisture to the skin as well as a nice texture, especially when used with the rest of the line of products. I generally don't buy a cleanser from the same line as there are many good ones that are less costly but this one is a hard worker also. I apply it with water and leave it on until it dries like a mask..up to 10 minutes. This depends I supose on the sensitivity of your skin. Use their moisturizer and both eye creams and your set and I feel well worth the price when I can see and feel results...enjoy
