I don’t think it would because it’s a rectangle. Our pillow is 13x18 and it fits perfectly. (Doesn’t have 4 extra inches to spare on one side)

Nice choice of colors but...

This cotton attracts all forms of lint, fur and hair and sticks to it. Washing didnt help much. Needed the lint roller etc. Not convenient for a house with pets!
