I like this pan
I like this pan . I made a cake and it came out great , no sticking (I sprayed with cooking spray) worked just fineI like that it can fold up in cupboard and hold its shape .Things I didn't like about this are ; It is a little hard to clean , not sticky wise but handling wise , its very flimsy . that can also be an issue when filling and moving full , I put my cakes on a sheet pan for easier handling , in fact I would think that you would have to do this . It would be very hard to move a pan full of mixture in to the oven with out something underneath .I made some sticky rolls in them and worked great but seemed to stain the silicone , no big deal .All in all I like the pans just remember that you will have to handle them a little different to not spill anything

Versatile and convenient
I am not much of a baker, but the price was right and I ordered two. Easy to store because it's flexible. I made a meatloaf and some brownies--baking times were consistent with the recipes so I don't think the material affects cooking time too much. According to other reviews, the advertised size on these is off--I would read those reviews if you care about that--I just wanted some round pans. Make sure you support THE HECK out of these when you have your batter or whatever in them--they're VERY FLEXIBLE and you could have a mess on your hands while moving your concoction into the oven. Some people complain about a smell the first time they use silicone baking products--I didn't notice anything with these, so it's either not an issue or I need to see a doctor. Anyhow, I am happy with my purchase.

Silicon bakeware is convenient to clean, store, and work with. I highly suggest trying this.
I really enjoy cooking with silicon. The less work you have to do to clean a pan or make something non-stick (like buttering and flouring) the better. I used this pan to make a carrot cake and found it to be excellent. Putting the pan into the oven you will need something to support it like a cookie sheet or cookie pan, this is a given. The silicon is too flexible and soft to support being lifted from the sides or even bottom when it has a few cups of batter in it. But, when it comes out of the oven the flexibility comes in handy. You can work the pan a little by flexing the sides to loosen the cake off the pan before you turn it over. This is a huge advantage, also it's easy to store and clean. After I used it once I bought 2 more because I liked it so much. I suggest you try it.

I am pleased with the outcome
I bought this product with the ones in different shapes from the same seller last week. I make all baked goods at home including my daily bread. I hardly buy them from the stores unless I am out and they costs less in the stores than it normally costs me baking them at home. Although I have not used this particular one yet (but did use the square cake and loaf pans), I am pleased with the outcome! I love the fact that it is soft and stretchable. It helps remove the baked goods with ease and comfort. I also noticed the side and the bottom of the bread I have made yesterday which came out really softer unlike before. It made me to think they maybe were not baked properly. So I kept a little longer in the oven. When they were cooled down, they were still soft but tasted great!

Works!
Super flimsy pans as described by others. Only reason I didn't give a 5-star was due to the difficulty of getting cake residue from bottom of the pans even after soaking them. Had I known they were actually arriving in a slow boat from China I would had ordered 2 sets. Good quality @ an excellent price.

I love it when the cake falls from the pan and leaves no residue. Great product.
Never use silicone bakeware until I got this one than a couple others. I'm sold so far on the ease of using this type of cake pan. My cake cooked well, was done right on time and after I allowed it to cool a bit the cake fell extremely clean from the pan. You'll also find my comments on a brownie tray and muffin tray that are as positive as this one. Will see how long these last from what I can tell now they should last me several years. In fact, I like them so much my baking output nearly tripled just because the cakes came out so well.

This 9 inch silicone baking pan works great. It is very deep and a good quality pan. I made a very moist apple cake recipe and after cooling it was easy to remove my cake from the pan without any cracking or breaking off at The edges. After purchasing the first one I came back to Amazon to buy a second one but it was sold out. But after waiting I finally got my second pan yay! I also baked some frozen to Quito's in this cake pan and it did not absorb any of the greasy cheesy flavors or odors.

Use for soap cakes
I use this to make cold process soap cakes and it gives a nice textured bottom. It is flimsy so I put it in a metal cake pan for stability. It's easy to unmold though!
