Cramer Kik-Step Step Stool Caster Assembly Replacement Part

After many years one of the casters broke on my Kik Step. So glad I could find a replacement. No instructions, but found that info quickly on youtube. So glad I was able to fix my Kik Step instead of buying another stool.

Does what it's supposed to do-- my previously wobbly step stool is like new again. I docked one star because there are no instructions, but it's pretty simple to figure out.

Fixed my Kik-Step right up. Easy to install with a pair of needle nose pliers. I only needed one and most kits were selling the whole set.

The part seems to have all the right pieces but it came without instruction. I emailed Cramer for advice... Crickets chirping. Believe it or not removing and replacing this part is not intuitive. I have always loved kickstools but if I can't get this one repaired (after 5 years of service) I will seek another brand and product.
