COMPETE Training Journal (Tangerine Edition) (Believe Training Journal)

I love these training journals so much that this is my 5th year using one to record my runs. I've gotten them in 5 different colors/editions. I've also bought them as gifts for others. They have inspirational quotes, interesting personal accounts from the authors, suggestions for self-assessment, in addition to customizable pages to record your activity. Awesome in terms of both utility and quality, at a very reasonable price. I wish they had more colors, because I'm going to have to start duplicating.

Bought as a gift for my running friend and she loves it. Great inspiring sections and room to write all her notes about her runs, races etc
