My dentist recommended this to me. There is no burn, good flavor, and keeps breathing fresh. I would say I use it at least three times a day 30 seconds each time. I like it and will keep using it.

It was okay. Hard to tell if it "works" from one use, but a decent alternative to Listerine.

As a dietitian (medically-qualified nutrition expert), I have a lot of patients who get dry mouth or never keep a toothbrush around them. This mouthwash fits my criteria for a good mouthwash for just about anyone. Why? It is alcohol-free, so it won't dry out the mouth or harm the helpful flora that reside in your mouth. It uses cetylpyridinium chloride, which research shows is just (if not more) effective than alcohol-based washes. This stuff sort of bonds to gunk in your mouth (precipitates) and you spit it out in darker strands and globs. I like this better than the myriad of other cc-based washes because it adds fluoride, which is important for strengthening tooth structure. Fun fact: Fluoride is not a government conspiracy to X. It's actually naturally present in rivers and other water sources. Scientists had observed that these folks, despite their suspicions of interfamily breeding, had remarkably good teeth. Bottom line: Until they start producing equivalent generic versions of this (and if they have, somebody please link me), then this is the best game in town.

I received a sample size of this mouthwash along with some other products from my dental hygienist after my last professional teeth cleaning. I tried the sample, and I liked the fact that it was alcohol free and might positively contribute to my dental health. However, after purchasing the product on Amazon and using it for a few weeks, I noticed that I suddenly developed some brown stains between my lower front teeth. I consistently floss and brush my teeth with a Sonicare toothbrush. I am not a smoker, nor was I consuming any new foods or beverages. I tried removing the stains by using a whitening toothpaste and focusing my Sonicare for a longer period of time on the affected areas. I was unable to remove the stains.Suddenly, I realized that the mouthwash was the only reasonable explanation. I googled the "name of the product and brown stains," and a number of items popped up detailing the same experience that I had. Then, I read the fine print on the label of the mouthwash. It states that "in some cases rinses may cause surface staining to teeth . . . may be prevented by adequate brushing or removal at your next dental visit." Adequate brushing did not remove my stains. I am not a happy camper, especially since this occurred a month after my teeth were professionally cleaned.Procter & Gamble offers a refund to gift card for 60 days after purchase of this product. I requested a refund. The P&G customer service rep stated that they only have two mouthwashes which are not "known" to cause staining: Scope and Crest Whitening Mouthwash. She offered to send me coupons for both of these products. I realize that the staining which occurred to my teeth will not happen to everyone or even most people. However, I would have never purchased this product had I known that this might occur. I take good care of my teeth, and even though my dental office assures me that the hygienist will be able to remove the stains, using this product has been a very unpleasant experience.

This is great product to help with my teeth

I’ve been worried about my oral health lately so I’ve been wanting to really start to take care of my mouth. This is great for after meals and making my mouth feel cleaner instantly.

Good but I prefer stronger flavors.
