Chick: a Pop-up Book Hardcover – January 1, 2009

This has been the most favorite book for both of my sons when they were 1-2 years old. The illustrations & pop-outs are great and the words are simple so that they can be repeated by the little ones. Be careful though, as with any pop up book for kiddos that age, Chick and his mama will get ripped out if little hands get on him. Nothing to be done about that but to keep this book on a shelf and read it at arm's length. It's worth it! :D

my book came quickly and was in perfect condition. My 18 mo. old granddaughter is extremely fond of this particular little chicken but being so young, she has a tendency to tear the pop up chick . . . we just needed a new copy ASAP and our order was fulfilled in every way!

I bought this book to give to a friend for her baby shower. It's very colorful and the pop ups are cute! All of her nieces (ranging in age from 3 to 8) enjoyed reading it. They especially liked the page where the chick poops. LOL

My 1 year old granddaughter loves this book so much, I had to buy a replacement when she decided she would pull out all of the pop-ups. It is such a cute story and so fun for those curious minds.

This little board book has become my grandson's favorite. He loves books of all kinds, but since receiving this one he wants to have it read to him every night at bedtime, along with a Bible story.William is eighteen months old, and this book is not too advanced for him. However, I believe it is appropriate for children of all ages--I love it and I'm seventy. The older kids love the part about the chick going poo.

Although I bought the product used and was expecting a worn book, I received a great quality product that could have passed off as new. My 2 year old loves it and reads it on a daily basis.

Very cute book...great colors! It really holds the interest of my 16 month old grandson. Ed Vere has several good books.

An Easter present for 15month son who loves books. It's simple and fun. Only thing - as it's American, it refers to Mom instead of Mum, but no big deal when you're reading to someone who can't tell the difference!!

Our 16 month old twins loved reading through this book but it has to be supervised reading. The minute my back was turned many of the pop up chickens got ripped out so much of the book is now ruined which is a shame as it is a lovely book.
