Great Little Machine With Big Flaw
This machine is a really cool machine but the problem is consistency. their is only two speed on the rollers; all on or all off. The instructions that come with the machine are basically useless so through trial and error, i was able to get the machine to give me a good crease one out of 10 tries. I was using a 11" x 17" 60 lb paper and it has to go in landscape. the guides sit on top of the ruler section and there are no preset stops for the paper guides which means if you do not have the guides set perfectly parallel (practically impossible to do) the paper will be pulled in at a slight angle. i tried to feed the paper straight while the machine was on and quickly realized that was impossible. i then got a little smarter and set the guides as best i could and with the machine off, i fed the paper all the way to the roller feet to get it perfectly set and then i turned on the machine and it pulled it through . unfortunately, this process still pulled the paper through slightly off and the fold was off. i was able to get a few that were nearly perfect but 1 in 10 is unacceptable. I could have tinkered with the feed roller feet height even more but with this much attention to get a crease down the middle is not worth it. i suggest to the manufacturer to put in set stops on the paper guides and somehow allow the paper to sit just above the ruler base and the guide so the paper cannot get caught under the stop and cause it to pull in crooked. also a roller speed control setting would probably help a lot because the machine pulls the paper through so fast it is likely part of the cause for the uneven crease. I really like the idea of the machine but it definitely needs to have more thought and testing put into it.

Take the time to set it up properly.
As a former print shop owner, I'm in a good position to critique. This is a basic unit, which is to be expected for the price point. It's important to make sure your rollers are perfectly perpendicular to the mounting rail. Next, make sure they're lowered to the same tightness. Last, be sure to raise the rollers at the end of your run. Constant pressure will put flat spots on the soft rubber.Setup your guides perfectly perpendicular to the rail. Use a builder's square.Constructive criticism: Make the paper guides snap to each millimeter, straight and true. Also, a full length powered feed roller would go a long way toward customer satisfaction.

Find a different one
You definitely want a T-Square to help perfectly align the metal guides that help feed the paper in straight. If these guides are not 100% straight (don’t try to eyeball it), it means when you score and fold your card, the edges WILL NOT align, thus rendering your notecard useless. I wouldn’t buy it again until this feature is fixed.

Product was used and incomplete
Very unhappy that the machine arrived in "Used" condition without warning from the shipper. See photos. Those are deep cuts in that rubber, obviously made by the perforating wheel. Those marks in the second photo are from the adjustment screws repeatedly being screwed into the metal. The product also did not come with the tool needed to adjust the wheels. So, not only is the product used but it is incomplete. So how do I use it? I don't know. As far as I can tell, it's unusable.Very unhappy with the state of this product. I've never had a product from an Amazon Seller arrive in such poor condition.
