I got this bc my hairdresser recommended it to me to keep my blonde highlights from getting brassy between appointments. When you pour this into your hands it is an opaque, deep violet. It also temporarily stained my hands purple and got purple under my nails (also my fault for not keeping my nails painted during quarantine). BUT - this is a 5 star review - after just ONE wash I seriously noticed a difference in the color of my hair. It was already less brassy and more of the “icy blonde” look. I’m obsessed. I don’t really know how it’s possible but I won’t complain! Will buy again!

It does exactly what it says it will. My blondes went from brassy to pearl. Gorgeous results! I suggest following up with a great deep condition like coco & eve hair mask.

I have 1/4 of my hair platinum and 3/4 black. It is a long process at home to get my naturally dark hair almost white. This shampoo, I leave it on 30 minutes, and it works. The light yellow parts go white. It's a nice clean white. Watched some YT videos for the recommendation, and it works. Well worth the money, and I barely have to use any of it. The one tube is going to last me a year at least.

I did some research on the “best” purple shampoo for blonde hair. This product topped a list in the UK . My findings after one use: my hair is an even icy toned look. I kept it in for 2 minutes. They say up to 5 minutes, but the violet colour will stick. There’s minimal staining on my hands that wash off with dish soap. I’m actually impressed that it worked after one wash

This has always been my go to shampoo! Kill brassy hair with just one wash! If your hair is very brassy, leave it on for 5-7 mins and you will see a big difference! If you’re platinum blonde and have no brassiness, leave it on for 2 mins max! If you leave it too long, your hair will be purple. This shampoo DOES NOT dry out your hair smells good! I have used Amika Bust your Brass and the dry bar one..it all dried my hair!

My blonde hair had turned almost like a mustard colour. Left this on the top for 5 minutes and 10 minutes on the bottom and now it’s a beautiful light blonde colour again. All the toning and salon shampoos that I paid a lot of money for did nothing. This shampoo is excellent.

The only purple shampoo I buy! It is quite strong, so follow instructions and don’t exceed time limits. I use once a week or two weeks and my hair stays ashy blonde. Can stain hands but comes off with thorough wash. Smells great.

Does not work as purple shampoo . Made my hair way worse because now it's dry and brittle..
