This represents amazing value when compared to the Excellent OMRON P300.I own an OMRON P300 and I trust the readings, the readings were identical to a Masimo MightySat Rx Fingertip Pulse Oximeter loaned to me by the Hospital when I was involved in a Virtual Hospital Program.The OMRON P300 is a excellent professional product but comes at a price.Both the OMRON P300 and the ChoiceMMed MD300C1218 are manufactured by Beijing Choice Electronic Technology Co Ltd. That is why they look identical.The ChoiceMMed MD300C1218 has all the features of the OMRON P300 Intelligence IT, but it also includes Perfusion Index PI.The ChoiceMMed MD300C1218 and the OMRON P300 both have bluetooth which allows the use of a software application, which can be very useful for saving data.
