Power Supply 850W Fully Modular 80+ Gold Certified with Addressable RGB Light - Vairous Color Button, GAMEMAX RGB850-Rainbow

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  My first Gamemax PSU was a 500watts 80+ Bronze that I used for an entry level gaming PC for a family. It runs flawlessly and very quiet. I have very positive experience with Gamemax that's why I bought this 850watts 80+ Gold for my son's gaming PC that will be running a power hungry GPU, the Radeon Vega 64.The package was big when it arrived. But this PSU is 170mm long, and may not fit in some PC cases that have some drive bay in front of the PSU installation, so keep that in mind and double check. The package includes enough cables to run a dual 8pin GPU, several hard drives/SSD, plus any other peripherals like RGB lights, etc. I hvae been running this PSU for 48 hours already with mostly high loads on a test bench just to check how hot it may get or how loud it will be. Surprisingly, it is very quiet and stayed cool most of the time. I tried to run this side by side with some Thermaltake cooling fans, and the sound from the cooling fans are more audible than the fan from the PSU, that is definitely a big plus since this PSU will be running 24/7 in a bedroom. We tried running some AAA games with a Ryzen 7 cpu and Radeon Vega 64 for 5 hours straight, and this PSU held up well. It remains cool and quiet. The low temperature is a big consideration for me in electronics as this is a big factor to a component's longevity. If there is only one gripe I have, it is that the cables are very tight when connected to the PSU. It's fine if you plan to install this one time and forget about it for years, but for people like me who upgrades often, the cables are a pain to unplug. But I'm sure this will wear out and loosen later on. The RGB lights are non addressable, but you can customize it by cycling it from the button at the back of the unit. You may also turn off the RGB light if you want to.So far, I am impressed with this PSU. We know that since it is 80+ Gold certified, it will perform really well. But most of all, I love how cool (as in low temperature) and quiet this PSU is. Hihgly recommended.

Was a little skeptical at first about trying this PSU, as the cables in the picture didn't look premium, and at this price point I'm used to seeing sleeved cables with a lower gauge rating, but I was pleasantly surprised after hooking it up to my test bench. My OC was stable on both my CPU and GPU, and after stress testing both for 30 mins each, the PSU cables were still rather cool to the touch. I no longer am worried about the cables melting, and this PSU has earned it's keep for now. I will update this in the next year or sooner if needed!OH YES! It has freaking RGB! While you can't sync it to the rest of the system, it still looks beautiful with my open air test bench, with an B450i ASUS ROG STRIX, the TridentZ RGB Ram, and the MSI Gaming X Trio 1080ti's RGB. 10/10 Recommendation!

This is a great, 80+ Gold rated power supply with plenty of plugs for almost any PC. It's modular as well, so I was able to install in my PC with no cable management issues, and the RGB looks awesome in the case! The fan is very quiet as well.With 750W I can pretty much handle anything I throw at this PC, just in case I want to use SLI or Crossfire in the future, and with the solid power delivery, I was able to overclock my CPU with ease!The box and packaging were very nice, and it comes with plenty of accessories and extra cables.Overall I'm very pleased with this power supply, and I'm sure I'll be using it for years to come!

So I am very impressed so far as to the quality for the price of this PSU.I've had both expensive and budget parts in the past, and this is on par with some familiar name brands I have worked with.Pros: Price, Construction, Easy to use functions. Fully modular,packaging presentation.Cons: None so far. Some users prefer wrapped cables, but for the sake of cable management, I personally prefer these thinner ribbons.New build is posting well so far, perhaps later on I can update this review regarding peak load performance. As of now, i do recommend this unit.

Hello Fellow Amazon Buyers. I recently purchased this RGB Power Supply Fan in hopes of upgrading my setup and build something new.My order went through smooth , Amazon took less than 3 days to deliver thanks to being a loyal prime member. Came in a big box which was surprising to me.My first impressions opening this box and seeing this power supply was that it looked very cool including the RGB lights and even though my case might not be able to display the lights it’s a cool feature to have and it stands out as it should. It came with all flat cables which is a plus since that’s adds to better cable management and that’s always a plus.My final impressions on this item was that it’s worth every penny and I’d recommend other buyers to take a look at this here power supply and consider it before looking at different brands and this has a 850 Watt supply which is pretty good to handle a decent size gaming pc and perform very well aswell.If you read this Thank you so much For taking time out of your day and I hope you buy and enjoy this item as much as did.Also will include of how the power supply came and first impression of unboxing how it looks like inside.

I got this for my desktop as my old PSU died. My old PSU was 700 watts, but this 750W PSU was cheaper than the other 700 watt units.First things first, in the box, you get the power supply, and all the cables you need. It's all modular, so you won't have unnecessary cables running in your case. There are also 2 8 pin connectors for CPU, which is something I need, as my motherboard has 2 8 pin sockets for CPU. This is better for stability.Installation is easy, it's just like installing any other PSU. This PSU is 80+ Gold certified and they also provide the power chart of it, so you know what to expect. My setup has a Ryzen 7 3800X and a Radeon VII. Radeon VII can draw very high power instantaneously, and if your PSU is not good enough, it'll cause issues. Fortunately this one has Japanese capacitors and it's 80+ Gold certified, and I haven't had any issues in the last month.Moreover, it's RGB. My PSU is under the HDD part so I can't really see it, but as the fan is facing downwards, I can see the RGB lights underneath the case.Overall, this PSU is cheaper than its competitors. It uses high quality components and it's certified for its efficiency. It has 5 years of warranty, so hopefully it'll last me at least five years!

This is really great PSU. I was looking for gold rating, 750W PSU with affordable price and I found this. It is well built, fit in my case and those RGB light make it look really nice. Performance is amazing. Came with good quality cables that more than I need. 80 plus Gold certified 750W PSU with this price!! Hack Yeah, I recommended.

I bought this product advertised as 750wats power supply and i received a 600 power power supply which is clearly different from what i had ordered. Unfortunately I had my hopes up for this power supply as it would've allowed me for overclockings however this thing cameEdit 1: gamemax contacted me and their customer service is one of the best ive seen. They were able to work it out with me and very happy with their services at the end

This is an amazing power supply. It works very well without any problems. It is built well with high quality materials and seems durable. It fits well in my case. The LED lighting makes it look amazing. It has nice ventilation and does not get too hot. It came with all the necessary wires and they were all good quality and good length as well. Makes cable management cleaner and much easier. Can easily handle my ryzen 7 3700x and rtx 2060. Overall great power supply and worth the price. Would recommend.

I’m very impressed with this power supply unit! It was incredibly easy to install and so far has been noticeably quieter than the budget level psu I was using previously. I enjoy that the cables are easy to manage as I like to keep everything I can hidden. Not to mention this is quite a bit more powerful than I was using previously and I’m excited with the performance this has given so far.And not to be overlooked is the fact this has RGB, it doesn’t sync up with the rest of my system but this is still very cool none the less. I’ve honestly never seen another rgb built in power supply.So far I’m very happy with this product and I’m perhaps even more happy with the customer service I’ve received from the company in communications with them over a couple of days. Overall a very good addition to my setup!
