Piaa94050 Silicone Wiper Blade Refill, 20" (Pack of 1)"

This is a refill for the PIAA Silicone Wiper Blades. They are hands down the best wiper blades I have ever used. The initial purchase of the wiper blades is on the expensive side but the refills are very reasonably priced. Not only do these blades help you see better but they also don't chatter like other rubber wiper blades. With every swipe of the blade, a thin layer of water repelling silicone gets deposited on your windshield. This causes water to bead up on your windshield making it much easier to see. It's kind of like using RainX but you don't have to put it on all the time. These blades also last a long time. They lasted over 2 1/2 years for me. At the very least they should last you a year. Replacing the blades on these are really easy as well. The old blades just slide out and the new ones slide in.

I am very happy with this product. Material ised for the handle is a hardened plastic which adds to the light weight. Belt clip os secure and tight, along with all assembly screws.The seatbelt cutter in the hook end is simply a razor; which i did test, you must move the strap back and forth for it to cut which is expected with a straight blade; you cannot juat pull the strap into the hook.The glass breaker was not tested, bit is the correct design to break a window in a life or death situation and i have successfully used identical designed breakers, but as it is no spring loaded itself, if you find yourself in a situation needing to use this feature i recomend rapping your hand in a shirt or whatever you can find as you will need to hit the window with some force and unless you can pull back right when the window breaks you WILL slice you hand open.Overal i love this knife. The blade itself is not the sharpest edge, get a quality shapening tool and you can bring this to a nice edge.For the price you cannot go wrong.Back to the spring assist, i sat opening and closing for about an hour and it did not lossen up at all or fail to open.All and all, having the clip, seatbelt cutter and glasd breaker, this is a product you want on you on that unexpect bad day.

I swapped to the PIAA blades on my 4Runner and soon after purchased these for my girlfriend's Civic. The PIAA Silicone wipers are great, although they do only last as long as most of wipers I've used, which is around a year, this may be due to the weather conditions where I am (the deep south).Until they wear out they work excellently and unlike the new internal spring wipers these conform to the entire windshield so you make use of the entire length of the blade rather than losing 2" like most of those I've used.

Couldn't get it to slide into the retaining bracket that makes the wiper work.This might fit the OEM wiper, but it sure didn't fit mine.

I bought the full wiper about 2 years ago that comes with the arm. Those recently started to streak so it was time to replace them. So what would I replace them with, obviously the refill of the same wipers I bought. These wipers are hands down the best I have ever had on any car over the last 17 years since I started driving.The refills don't come with the treatment wipes that the full wipers do, but it doesn't matter. The second you start to use these they deposit the silicone on your windshield and the water starts to bead instantly. You can actually see a clear curved line across the top of my windshield for where the treated and untreated surfaces meet. The water beads up and comes right off in the treated area, where as with the untreated (and dirty) area its smeared and stuck.As along as PIAA makes these, I will buy them for life.

Ignore the negative reviews for not fitting the vehicle. It's your job to check the size and you can easily cross reference with the PIAA site(2016-PIAA-Wiper-Application-Guide.pdf).These are amazing. I was worried they wouldn't fit properly due to the thickness on refills. These are driver 6mm. They go to 8mm on the driver side and 6mm on the rear.They fit the 2015 Sorento perfectly on the OEM. Clean amazing. If these even last a year they are worth it.

As on owner of a E46 BMW I have used quite a few wiper blades over the years, but nothing to date has surpassed the performance and durability of the PIAA Super Silicone/Sporza wipers and blades. While the initial purchase price is a bit more than cheaper wipers, the PIAA blades leave no streaks or smears even after 15 months on my car (parked outside). The refill blades should only be used in conjunction with PIAA Super Silicone/Sporza wipers. If there is no user error (as there appears to be the case in some of these reviews), the product takes about 5-10 minutes to install. Recommend you clean the windshield before application so the silicone wipers can condition the windshield when used. Highly recommended and better than the Bosch/OEM product. If in doubt about sizing, the PIAA website has a full data sheet which highlights the recommended wiper/blade configurations for each vehicle make.

Silicone is supposed to last much longer than the "normal" black rubber ones. Fingers crossed.

Purchased this multiple times, working well in Seattle and Delaware.After I moved to Quebec Canada, it will only lasts 2-3 months, because of the low temperature and too much dirt and dust.IMPORTANT NOTE:DO NOT WIPE THE BLADE (the rubber part), it has a special layer of black coating which helps repel the rain.If you thought that's dirty greasy oil from production and wipe it out, the blade will wear out within a month.

Bought this and cutted it to the lenght I needed for my hatchback wiper on my 2011 Impreza.Much better than the cheap OEM rubber.

This is just the rubber blade, does not include the metal frame to clip in (I didn’t realize when I purchased). However slip into my existing wiper arms easily. Have been using for about a month and they work well.
