The Complete Book of Trick and Fancy Riding Hardcover – January 1, 1975

I bought as a gift for my granddaughter that does all that Fancy Horseback Riding. I haven’t seen it so I don’t know how useful the book is and no report other than a Thank You from Ellie, but she has posted some awesome Trick Riding Videos of herself on her Instagram. Must be the book or that summer at Trick Riding Camp with one of the best experts around huh?

The book is to be a gift and is exactly what I hoped it would be.

This book was for my daughter who wants to learn to trick ride. She found the book very well illustrated & easy to understand!

This is an excellent book whether you want to learn trick riding or just have an interest in the subject. Lots of great pictures and diagrams on the various tricks. Also a good chapter on safety as trick riding is a dangerous sport and should only be attempted with the proper safety measures in place.Lots of tricks that also cross over into vaulting. Though trick riding and vaulting are two different sports all together.The book also covers bios of professional trick riders, finding a trick horse (or training the one you have), training the horse, equipment, the tricks themselves, and safety.
