Snug Play+ Kids Headphones with Volume Limiting for Toddlers (Boys/Girls) - Beach

I have purchased two sets of these headphones for my daughter who is 5. The first set was 7 months ago. They fit well, were well made and my enjoyed using them. A few weeks ago I noticed the sound stopped working on one side and shortly thereafter both sides no longer produced sound. I was very disappointed as these were not even a year old. I contacted the company and the customer service I received was amazing. They responded to my email within hours, they tried to troubleshoot the problem and were quick to offer a replacement free of charge. This occurred over a few emails back and forth all within minutes of each other. The new set was mailed out the same day. Every product has the chance for a defect but the customer service was above and beyond my expectations. I will happily purchase from them again.

I spent a long time looking at reviews of headphones for kids that would fit my budget and work okay.I finally found these and bought them for my 3 year old when we were going on a very long international flight.I loved the fact that they folded to save space in my bag but I wish they came with their own travel bag.My daughter loved the colour and actually preferred these to the Cozyphones which she kept trying to take off.The sound from these was perfect. Not too quiet that the noisy plane could be heard and not too loud that she couldn't hear me talking to her. These kept her entertained with the seat back TV for hours.I would buy these again in a heartbeat.

I have tried to submit reviews a couple of times and Amazon keeps denying the review.I purchased these headphones and they died shortly after the 90 day return window. I reviewed the warranty information posted on the product web site and it is invalid as these are not manufactured by Snug, they are cheap knock offs. The headphones are comfortable and have a folding design to take up less room when packing. The headphones have the ability to hook another pair of headphones to these headphones (via a separate audio cable) so I was able to watch Blippi with my kid...Overall I would recommend these headphones.

I got this headphone and the Lilgadgets to compare them for my 2boys. The Lilgadgets has clear sound and the feeling of the headphone is much better. The Snug is so much flimsier and the sound is terrible. I hope I just received a faulty item because Snug claims to “invent” this product and be much better than the Lilgadgets. Save yourself time and money and choose the Lilgadgets

Took my 3 year old daughter on her first international vacation. I figured the experience would be frightening so I brought this headphones to give her some quiet from the plane atmosphere. Once she put them on a hooked them to her tablet, she was in a world of her own. They were so durable during the entire trip, even when they were dropped, kicked and stuffed into a backpack. These are a winner!

We just got these, and they really seem like a nice product. We have the turquoise color.The headphones feel nice, are lightweight, have quality padding, and are a good fit for my child. The cord is soft and flexible, and detachable from the headphones, so if it fails it can be replaced without replacing the headphones - something I really like about these! At first I was not sure that they were noise-limiting because they seem to go up a little high, but then when I switched to my regular headphones, the sound was blasting! Then I could definitely tell that these are sound limiting. I just wish the threshold was maybe slightly lower, then they would get the 5 star approval from me. They do not tightly cup over my child’s ears, so that helps with my reservations on the volume level. The media could not be loaded.  We bought these for my 8 month old when we went on a plane trip from Florida to NY (2.5 hours). We used it so she could watch Baby Bum on her tablet. Honestly she is okay watching without sound, but I wanted to have the option. I love the fact that I can hook up a second pair or headphones to these so that 2 people can listen at a time. They fit her just fine, maybe a little big, but she had no issues with it. Some people complained about the sound, but for a little kid, I don't see it being an issue.

I haven't scored this 5 stars for sound quality but that was not why I bought two pairs of them. I bought them because my little boy has broken every single pair I've purchased to date - sometimes in only a couple of days. However these have now lasted for a couple of months so I'm delighted with them. They are just the right size to fit my 6 year old and 3 year old comfortably, and can take a lot of battering and pulling around. My eldest has ASD and really cannot help twisting and fidgeting with the audio cable, and with past purchases these have been wired into the headphones. The result was that he has damaged the connection and rendered the headphones defunct. These have an audio jack into which the cable is plugged. The cable itself has a webbed encasement which, I think, serves to make the lead more flexible and less prone to kinks which could damage the wiring inside. Should he nevertheless succeed in breaking the wiring I should at least be able to replace the cable and not the whole headset.My 3 year old uses his for his tablet but is frequently caught dragging his tablet around behind him because he's forgetten the headphones are still on his head. This speaks volumes for both durability and comfort.Any issue I have with sound quality is not of great consequence. They are designed not to deafen young ears so what may not be right for an adult is actually perfect for children

I bought these for my nearly 2 year old for an upcoming holiday to (hopefully) protect our neighbouring travellers from the obnoxious Peppa Pig. They are good value in comparison to similar children, and to £3 cheaper from almost identical ones I found on a high street store. As it was a bit of a gamble, I was happy to find these. Now I just need to convince my small human to keep them on. I however, have tested them and give them top marks.The quality of the plastic and build is excellent. It feels much sturdier than I was expecting and is smooth and well rounded. As it can be adjusted and folded, I was worried about how good the hinges and the extensions would make it. Compared to a much more expensive model (for adults), I have to say this far outweighs on how they feel in my hand, and on my head. Even the toddler would struggle to break these while forcing them on her head herself.Sound wise, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. The volume restrictions still allows for a good volume without it being deafening. The audio is clear and sounds fantastic when playing music and videos. In fact, I am rather jealous as it is better than my own 'adult' headphones and earphones.Size wise, it is excellent. The smallest adjustment fits my 21 month old (not that she grasps keeping them on!), but it equally adjusts to the full size to fit an adult. I would say it might be better suited to a slightly older child than mine, but they will be perfect for when she is ready to start using.Safety has also been thought of for these headphones. They are wired (which I have a preference for - who has time to charge headphones? I can barely charge my phone!), but they use an Aux cable that is detachable at both ends. This means that it should in theory be safer as it disconnects should it become caught. I would still use supervised though, as the cord is still a 'good' length, but it does provide some reassurance. by coming unplugged, it also protects the headphones as they are yanked about by a determined toddler, I'm sure. Hopefully this will also mean it can be replaced easily should it become damaged.Overall, these are excellent. The colour is nice, they look need, easily adjustable and fantastic audio. Would definable buy again.

These appear to be well made, the detachable 3.5mm cable is braided and should be durable, and the design is good. I can't fault the quality on that side of things.However, either mine were faulty or there is not sufficient volume limitation for children. I tried it in several devices and it was possible to set the volume to deafening even for an adult. I am returning these - my child has enough "selective hearing" as it is without damaging his hearing for real, I'll just have to put up with endless annoying audiobooks on car journeys. It is probably worth noting the max. recommended volume for an adult is -85db and if I'd read more carefully I would have seen these don't restrict that low. I could only get the volume limited on devices that have built-in limits, not through the headphones themselves, and none of those were the device my kid uses.

Bought these headphones a couple of weeks ago for my 5 year old son to use with his Amazon fire 8 tablet. First off, the headphones work fantastic. Great sound, sturdy wire. They seem to fit him really comfortably and they can be adjusted to suit individual needs.Today my son decided to try and get the aux cable into the tablet himself and totally bent the metal part so they stopped working. However, just to chance it I contacted the seller and asked if I could have a replacement even though it was our fault. I wasn't hopeful as it wasn't the products issue. They back to me instantly and arranged a replacement to be sent out free of charge. Never experienced customer service like it! Amazing service. Totally recommend this company and the product. Outstanding customer service. I think the ladys name was Elaine - so thank you Elaine! Highly recommend to anyone. Product and customer service fab for such an affordable price.

You can tell how much thought has been put into designing these for children. As a child you want something that looks good and is easy to use, and as a parent you want something that will last and won't cost the earth. These headphones have met all these requirements.My children have had these for several months and I took out additional accidental cover as it was only a few pounds extra. I'm surprised they haven't been broken yet and by the looks of it I don't think I'll be claiming any time soon!I purchased three sets of these. The design on them are really nice and great to see a variety of different designs. The wire is braided and not directly wired to the headphones which means it will easily detach if children start pulling it. The headphones get stretched a lot and so far they've withstood the test.Audio isn't way too loud but it's to protect children's ears and the cushioning is comfy too. Overall a great thought-out product for children which I highly recommended.
