These stools are not worth a fraction of the price. The screws that secure the cross-supports at the bottom of the legs are manufactured too long and stick out of the sides of the legs when screwed in completely (they must be screwed in completely to hold the chair securely). The seat has no cushion or padding, and also no springs. It's a tension-based strap system that "pops down" when you sit, leaving you against the hard wood underneath. I had to cut the support screws down in length, and then apply "Sharpie marker touch-up" to the holes created by the screws.This quality should have come at a price tag of $30 or $40, not the ridiculous $180 that I paid. The only reason I didn't return them immediately is because I purchased them a few months before putting them together and so the return window had elapsed. Very disappointed.

Received the stools and the material is beautiful, clean and the seat is very well done. The legs are a beautiful color and sturdy material. "Yet", the hard plastic floor protectors are uneven and irregular, causing a significant lopsided chair. One could order and a replace them, but why should you have to with the expense of these stools taken into consideration. Also, I was unable to finish 1 of the stools. I had purchased 4. One wooden piece was unable to fit with the cross-sectional wood pieces as the male adapter is round when the female adapter is completely oblong. This was not noted until I had put this stool together. Therefore, I would have to send this entire stool back or break it down again? Well that is unacceptable for a stool of this expense. Beautiful stools however materials were cheap, cushions and legs were very low grade and poor quality and the legs have already come loose from guests sitting on stools. The people who have visited my home love the stools but when they sit in them and the cushion collapses and the legs come apart. Also had to contact the company because of broken and left-out materials when they were shipped. I would not buy them again and feel that they were not worth what I paid.

We bought the dining room chairs and were fairly happy with the look and comfort. We wanted our bar chairs to match so bought them. Don’t make that mistake!!! When I opened the box the hardware spilled everywhere as the pouch was not properly sealed and spilled everywhere. I took everything apart, looked in every seam and nook and cranny and still had significant amount of bolts nuts and washers missing.The assembly itself is horrible! The cross legs for stability loosely fit and the wood screws provided are not long enough to make a union. I’ve had to glue them with wood glue!It’s also not flat! There’s not way to adjust the legs to make it flat so I’m going to have to remove the cheap hard plastic feet bottoms, drill a hole and insert adjustable furniture feet.Can’t even get a phone number to ask them to send me the missing hardware.

Chairs are fine, nothing special or different than what you can get from other places.Customer service is awful. My husband has been jumping through hoops because they forgot someone of the hardware (like I'm trying to fleece this company for a single bolt and washer after spending 400 dollars).

One chair broke already waste of my money, Chair look but poor quality

We paid over $200 per stool and the quality is horrible. I had one set of replacements sent and those started falling apart a few months after purchase. I reached out to the company and they did not respond. I would highly recommend not buying from this company.

I wanted to love these chairs and the seat of the chair was indeed gorgeous. However the furniture did not arrive with instructions and the legs themselves did not fit together seamlessly or otherwise. I was really sad to have to return these as again, I was really excited about using these in my kitchen.
