Q: Where is this product made? I visited Zone 365's website and couldn't locate an address or any information about the company location.

Q: what color should this be? I thought it was was supposed to be clear.

The color of the serum is a yellowish type of hue. I am on my Second bottle of this serum and both have been the same color.

Q: Was this product Made in America?

I just looked and it doesn't state that it was made in America. There is only an American flag on the back lower portion of the box. Seems sketchy to me. Why not just state it? I wish I would have bought the CE ferulic from the timeless website instead where you can get the beauty box that includes 5 of the timeless products chosen by you, which comes out to about fifteen-sixteen dollars each. It also has L-Ascorbic acid and it's formulated at the right PH for the skin.

Q: Do i need to keep in Refrigerator

Based on the formulation, Zone-365 serums do not need to be kept in the fridge, we simply ask that you store them away from sunlight in a cool and dry environment. Many of our customers, however, do choose to store their Zone-365 serums in the fridge. The advantage of keeping a serum in the fridge is that upon application, the cooling sensation of the serum is further accentuated. This may result in an amplification of the soothing effects and help with redness and inflammation.
