Been looking for these items in the reatail stores without finding them. Looked on Amazon Prime and there they were, all different sizes. Measured an English Muffin and saw that the diameter was 3" and here are 6 stainless steel rings for a great price. Watched "Sam the Cooking Guy" on UTube to see how you should use them and had the best egg muffins with Black Forest Ham instead of Canadian Bacon that I ever made. These rings really do the trick when you pour hot water in the pan & place a cover to steam them. They worked great and they will get more use when the family drops by for a weekend breakfast.

I bought these to use to make small crumpets out of sourdough discard. They work great. I tried one oiled with spray and one completely unoiled. Both slid right off the crumpet like magic, using a pair of tongs to grab the handle. They were very easy to wash and easy to air dry on the counter, upside down. They seem to be decent quality stainless. I'm happy with them.

Great product but instructions on how to properly use them would have been even better. I had to go to the internet to find out the way others used them.

I sprayed them, set them in my pan, added scrambled eggs, cheese, bacon, onions and peppers. I cooked them slowly (covered). They slid right off when I went to take them out (Use a spatula underneath next time). They rinsed off quickly and I set them in the washer. They still look new.

These work great! I wipe them with butter just before putting the egg in and no sticking.I found that extra large or better yet, Jumbo eggs work best.We can make egg mc muffins at home for a fraction of the cost!

Just as a precaution, I do oil both sides of these rings, and the cooked egg comes out easily. They are fantastic for making bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches! I love the short handles that allow a skillet lid to be used to help cook the top of the egg.

Stickiness

The silicone grabber that came with them is not necessary to me. I thought they would be too hot to grab, but they aren’t.

I have tried both silicone and teflon coated steel egg rings but these stainless rings are far superior. It is essential however that the inside of the rings are well greased/oiled.

No odd corners for food to stick and hide. I like them.
