It's hard to say enough good things about this movie.
Like my title says, it's hard to say enough good things about this movie. This movie has lots of wonderful twists and turn, so I won't spoil any of the plot. But my wife and I just loved this movie. Mr. Robot was excellent in nearly every way that I can think of in what I want to see in a story. Absolutely fabulous.

An awesome end to the series, but disappointing Blu-Ray extras (prior season spoilers)
+++Warning, this will contain prior season spoilers, but no major giveaways from the final season+++Season four ended up being the final season of what was, in my opinion, along with shows like The Americans, Breaking Bad, and Better Call Saul were the best cable dramas of the 2010s. It is nearly impossible to discuss the overall plot of the season without giving too much away, but much of the season is about fleshing out Zheng's/Whiterose's story, including a backstory, a, and Elliot's takedown of both Whiterose's plan (which has been referred to throughout the series) and the group of the 1% of the 1% that runs the country. Some of the cast is relegated to more of a recurring status this season (e.g., Portia Doubleday) while the roles of other cast members are expanded (e.g, B.D. Wong, who is wonderful playing a dual role). The showrunners did a wonderful job tying up all the threads and storylines, mainly in the second half of the final episode, making it clear (seemingly anyway) that the bulk of the story was planned out from the beginning. For those who get the Blu-Ray set, the show looks great on the HD format, with great views of NY, especially the NYC skyline. The extras are pretty thin, which is the only drawback for me, but really only enough to knock the set down a half a star. There are deleted/alternate/extended scenes for every episode, and then a seven-minute gag reel. No commentary tracks or making-of feature, which is a shame because there is a lot to be said about how the series ended that would have been nice to hear the thoughts of Sam Esmil, Remi Malik, and the rest of the cast.Overall, the season, and series, was wonderful. It continued to be well-written and acted, and was still developing characters until the final episode. The series still earned a hard TV-MA rating, mainly because of the language and violence. Ever since Tyrell's wife was killed off, and his character took a different arc, the sex was toned way down, but there is liberal use of the f-word, so if swearing gets to you, you will not like the show. The series continued to take chances in not only developing characters but doing things like a dialogue-free episode, which I can only remember being done in season four of Buffy The Vampire Slayer. I'd say if you liked or loved the prior seasons, you will enjoy the payoff to the series that this season gives you. On the other hand, if you were not a fan of the prior seasons, this will not do anything to make you like it. I definitely recommend it for those who are looking for a great, but very different, drama, with the proviso that you absolutely have to watch the series from the beginning to be able to follow what is going on.

Great series, Great balance between, REAL LIFE and Fictional IT stuff
I won't get into any real spoiler alerts but this series is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. It took me, and I am an IT guy to get past about season 2 to figure out what was going on. Not in regards to IT stuff but simply the main character "Elliot" and the plot he was in and playing. After it all came together I was appreciative of what the Producer / Writer was trying to convey in his message. A cross between REAL LIFE situations that sadly some people go through in life. Some IT stuff, which I can vouch was mostly doable and throw in a mix of Futuristic World affairs that we very well could find ourselves in and you have the soup mix of a great series.I highly recommend it and recommend to take your time as some things don't come truly together until about the 3rd season but it IS ALL WORTH IT. I do have to say that in the FINAL SEASON there was one episode where Elliot and his shrink were going at it with someone else in the room (I won't say) that is WORTHY OF AN OSCAR. What a POWERFUL scene. A culmination of an "Ahh Ha" moment, Reality (real world stuff) and humbleness all in one.Worth binging on !! I highly recommend. If you found the review Useful, please click the HELPFUL button. Thanks!

Living the past week in the fantasy world of Mr Robot
I binged viewed all Mr. Robot seasons 1 to 4 over the coarse of the last week. They were mostly well done and captivating. I liked how the writers interlaced real moments of recent history and scenes around NYC. But, I can I honestly say that Season 4 was my least favorite (I would have given Season 4 of Mr Robot a 3 star) and most confusing. Season 4 got a little high brow in the last episode and I even had to do an internet search to see if I understood the ending. Hopefully what Mr Robot predicts, a world on the brink of economic collapse and infrastructure disaster due to outside hacking is not prescient warning.
