I’ve had 3 frothers in 3 years from Zulay. When they work, they are great. Invariably at some point the button that you press stops connecting with the power and it absolutely will not start again, which is very frustrating.The good news, they have amazingly responsive and agreeable customer service and they’ve agreed to send me a new one.They look good and the handy stand makes it easy to air dry. I had the silver and black colors.The price is great so you could just buy a replacement, I just wish they didn’t stop working because I don’t like the waste.

This is a terrific little product. The frother does a great job of whipping up our warm milk for cappuccino's. What's even better however is that when it failed after a few years, I contacted Zulay and they promptly responded and shipped me a replacement product. What wonderful customer service. This is my second Zulay frother. The last one was still working and I had it for 3 years with no problem at all. The last one developed a short and worked when I hit the right spot but I decided to order another one. I really like having a small portable frother for my coffee. Ordered one day and had it the next. Also thank you Amazon for following my delivery directions on where to put the package at my house.
