Perfect on cable box
I recently had my cable boxes replaced as they were 10 years old. However, the new clock on the DVR box in my living room is useless, it is so tiny. I always used that as my main living room clock. This little gem fits perfectly on top of it and is just the right size, not obnoxiously large, but the letters are large and easy to read. I would recommend it.

It's a clock. No AC adapter.
So one of the side-effects of "cutting the cord" is there is no longer a cable box in the TV stand displaying the time. Yes, there are other clocks in the room. Yes, I could pull out my cell. But I've been glancing at the spot under the TV to get the current time ever since VCR's were a thing, and this habit was particularly hard to break. I finally gave in and got this simple digital clock to place in the shelf in the TV stand. I was slightly annoyed that it didn't come with an AC adapter, only a USB cord. Actually I bought three or four products this Christmas that also pulled this stunt. I guess manufacturers believe that I'm never more than three feet from an open USB port at any time. Anyway, it's a decent clock but you'll need to buy the AC to USB adapter separately or find one from an old phone in a drawer somewhere.

Does not keep accurate time!!
This clock is wonderful in its size and brightness EXCEPT it does NOT keep accurate time. I reset it two weeks ago (after I noticed that it was off after the initial programming) and AGAIN it is two minutes faster than the other clocks in my home. I am incredibly disappointed because I really love everything else about it but I can keep a clock that doesn't keep time. What a WASTE of money on a DEFECTIVE product. I DO NOT RECOMMEND would not buy again for a penny.

Awesome Little Clock
I bought this clock because we canceled our Cable TV in favor of an Over The Air solution. Ever since we got rid of the cable box, I was frustrated with not knowing what time it was. This clock is small but has huge bright white numbers. It’s easy to read from all the way across the room. I don’t use the alarm feature, but this would be a nice travel alarm clock as well. The clock can be set to different brightness, and when only on battery it will stay illuminated with a press on the top of it for 6 seconds and go dark. If this were used in the bedroom the clock would not add unnecessary additional light while you’re trying to sleep. I’m extremely happy with this purchase and recommend this little clock.

Doesn't work
I received this item in exchange for an accurate review. I was pretty excited to get this, because we have been having blackouts in CA and desperately needed a clock with battery power. However, the clock only reads in military time, which just isn't fun for me, but if you're into that, then I guess that's a good thing. BUT, the alarm doesn't work, and the clock randomly resets itself and doesn't keep time. So, unfortunately, this item that I actually really needed... does nothing. But the display is nice, and it appears quite simple to operate. I do not recommend this product.

Nice tiny clock, not a great travel clock
Plain, simple, lightweight little clock. Came out of the box in perfect condition, worked immediately and set up easily. Plastic is quite good quality, making this a neat, well-made box with no sharp corners. By using the setting-button trick you can set it to stay on a 12- or 24-hour display, so that's not a problem. Tidy little thing, clear display, worth the money especially if you need something very small and completely unassuming.I gave it three stars because the design isn't ideal for either a desk or a travel clock. For home use, it's too light. I have it on a bedside dresser and find it moves around immediately if anything even brushes it or its cord. It also has no dim setting, and at 3 a.m. its bright-white display is too stark for my eyes (I've placed it at an angle to reduce the glare). For traveling it has other problems. Although small and compact, it's significantly bulkier than those foldable little travel clocks, so if you're tight for space it's not an attractive size. There's also no way to protect the screen. It's also bothersome that the display turns off completely when it's not plugged in. A few nights after I set it up in my bedroom, the electricity went out and, groping around in the pitch dark, I couldn't find it so I couldn't push the button on top to check the time. I wouldn't want that problem when staying in some foreign hotel.

AWESOME DIGITS
How many digital clocks have you seen where the digits are lean, modern and stylish like this one? I hate those thick old red digits. This clock is small yet big. I mean its size is very small physically but the digits are filling up all the space so it's visible from across the room. I like you can change 3 brightness settings on it but I'd really prefer to manually adjust 0-100%. Not complaining for its price though. If you're using battery, the display turns off in about 10 seconds to save power until you touch something to turn it back on. It's a good option if you're taking it while you travel but you'll want to have it plugged in if it'll be stationary most of the time. The manual is probably written by a Chinese person with some English background. It's funny but at least you get the point. The only thing I don't like about it is that the dots blink at every second & I can't turn it off. You'll notice it blinking if it's in your direct view. All in all, I like this little clock a lot. Thinking about putting it everywhere I need a clock if I can figure out how to hide the wires.

Not bad but could be improved upon
It’s not a bad little desk or headboard clock, but I wouldn’t use it for traveling. The batteries don’t last very long (only about a week), even with only the display on demand. There is no serious protection for the display or controls, so it’s easy to damage when traveling. The biggest concern is the usb power cord uses an oddball connector on the clock instead of a universal micro usb. So if you lose or damage the cord, you’re screwed! It does have a bright display, and temperature at a touch is a nice addition. If the manufacturer would improve battery life and put a standard connector on the back, this would be a nice little clock..
