It dribbles when pouring

You have to use the metal strainer or lid not secure also you have to raise the metal prong with your finger when pouring on top of teapot or lid will fall off. Some people may struggle with this is ant dexterity issues

Useless at pouring
The media could not be loaded. Doesn't pour at all, it spurts and sputters. I can only assume this is a faulty one and they're not all like this. Also the infuser basket is too small to give loose tea leaves any room to move. Returned as faulty/not fit for intended purpose.

Dual purpose well designed 2-3 cup modern tea pot
Perfect size for two mugs or three tea cups. Tea leaves, or bag (the spout is a bit higher than some pots so tea bags don't clog the spout or impede the flow), heat the pot up first with a bit of boiling water then make your tea. Wait a few mins to brew, and presto, gorgeous tea. the strainer is a bit fiddly to get out but it is just a knack, and I mainly use bags anyway. Very well made product. I got fed up with sharing one tea bag between two cups (trying to be planet-friendly) - much better to take a little bit of time and do it the proper way!
