I was not big fan of the way how they look at first but they work. I bought two other(Taloya) lights but couldn't connect them to my home network and then i bought two Globe ones and after they were installed took me literally two minutes to add them to my home network.ill be getting more of thise lights.

So we just installed the light earlier today and we had issues pairing the phone with the light-- we didn't realize that fast blinking= EZ pairing (which is connecting via your home wifi) and slow blinking=AP pairing (which is connecting directly to the lights unique wifi hot spot) My wife figured that out before I did and got the light paired to her phone so now she is controlling the light in my office and using it to troll me from the other room. The videos and the instruction weren't 100% clear on that point and it was a bit of a headache but once we figured that out it worked great and that's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars overall. The light is very bright and it remembers whatever setting you have it on if you manually flip the switch to turn it off as opposed to just using the app - which was another thing I was wondering about that hadn't really been addressed in any of the reviews that I saw. The installation and wiring were incredibly easy even though my house is old and the wiring is terrible. The light has three wires for connection Live, Neutral, and a grounding wire and it comes with everything you need to hook it up. So far I'm very satisfied with the product but if anything goes wrong I'll be sure to update this review.

This light gets very bright, very dim, & does so in all shades and colors!!! Wow, a great value and it looks good. The size was perfect for a bedroom. I'm going to buy another one!

I got these for all three of my kids bedrooms I love the fact that they work with Alexa and they love all the different color options available. Super easy to install and incredibly lightweight. The only complaint I could possibly have was pairing it was supposed to be easy but all three of them ended up taking me a little bit of time not sure if that’s an Internet issue on my end but once they were hooked up I have not had any issues at all and I would highly recommend .

Product works amazing and super bright! Currently using this where a previous wired fire alarm was, to help hide the hole and add light to that area of the room.Make sure to sync the product with Smart Life, instead of Globe Suite. Globe Suite recently merged their support with Smart Life, so you can use just one app! Most smart home items use either Kasa TP-Link or Smart Life, so this was great to help consolidate the apps. Make sure to use 2.4ghz internet, as it won't sync on a 5ghz network.Only problem is that when I try to dim the lights, there is a slight humming, so my lights are always set to 100% brightness for now.

This is a Nice light in theory but I couldn't get it working with our WIFI. It was really easy install & comes with all the needed parts. I've done a lot of light fixture replacing so that part was easy. We had a dimmer switch installed for the original fixture and this light was not compatible - either had to be all the way on or off. Also, I just could not get it to hook up to my WIFI so I could control it with my phone. I wasn't in love with the design of the fixture myself but the kids really wanted a smart light in their room so I was willing to try it. When I couldn't get it working I really didn't try all that hard to figure out or trouble shoot it. We ended up getting them a sparkly mini chandelier and a GE smart bulb which was easy to hook up to our google home.

Very easy to install and wifi app is ok but not the best but it does work. Use the app to find and change colors. Super bright and hooks up to Alexa easily

I had a professional contractor install my light. It never sent out a Wi-Fi signal in a matter how many times I reset it. So it’s never worked properly. There’s a percentage of the reviews of people who can never get it to work properly so I guess those are the amount of defective units this company sends out.

These lights are absolute garbage. Cheaply made and frustrating to install.The actual install is fine but they have this dumb process to connect these lights to your smart phone where the light flashes on / off to pair. All good other than that you need to have a 5G wireless to connect. Fine. Sorted that too but seriously wtf. Figured I was done after an hour and a half of BS but that should be that. NOPE! If you leave these mother F’ing lights turned off for too long, they force you to re- pair them which means when you turn the light on, like say in the middle of the night when you’re trying to get some water, these mother f’s start flashing like you’re Ibiza on molly. Hard no. Do not buy.

I bought 2 for the family room downstairs. They were very easy to install and to set up. One part of the family room was too dark and needed a light that would be bright enough to do detailed work but also dim enough to watch tv or enjoy the bar and pool table. These lights are perfect! They are from Globe a company that is local and I know their customer service is top notch as I had a light from them a couple of yrs ago that didn’t work. They sent me 2. Highly recommend this product. Photo is of the light above the pool table with purple, the other light is for the tv with bright white just to show the brightness of the light. Extremely happy 😃Edited to add: you connect this to your 2.4 GHz there is no 5 G. Smart lights do not operate at 5G

I wish I red some negative reviews about before I bought this product. It was easy to install on the ceiling but it took me an hour to connect to 2.4G wifi and noooo luck because I was going to install it in my basement the light was not able to connect to its app and my wifi modem upstairs from long range so stupid I wish they could added a remote control instead of dumb idea of blue tooth and 2.4 wifi .

These arrived promptly.... interesting that they were in retail box with no amazon packaging... just a label on the outside. The wires had obviously been connected before but the condition of the item seemed fine.It took 4 tries to Get it to connect to the Globe Suite software which is the most trouble I have ever had with the brand .... I try to buy globe only to keep the automation ecosystem in my home as clean as possible. Once connected, discovery with Google hone was a breeze. The lights are good and all the promised settings operate as expected. There is a dark patch in the middle of all the lights which I did not expect. There is an occasional flicker that I catch out of the corner of my eye, but it is not a big issue. The “mood” settings all work fine although only through the gone app... not through Google home.

Description did not mention that the light needed to be wired into a pre-existing light fixture. I purchased this for a room that does not have an overhead light, assuming that "power source: corded electric" meant power cord, extention cord or some other plug in type cord. So now I'm supposed to hire an electrician to rewire my livingroom?
