Mattel Games UNO Attack Mega Hit Card Game with Card Shooter, Great for Kid, Adult or Family Game Night, 7 Years and Older

With our family spending more time at home, we have been on a big puzzle and card game kick. One of the clear favorites for our kids (ages 7 and 4) has been Uno. We have played the traditional Uno game for months now.Then, came Uno Attack. I had heard about this game from a friend and they raved about it.Uno Attack has the same basic concepts as Uno but throws in a few fun, new twists. The obvious one is the Uno Attack card holder. [Note: it does require 3 C batteries, not included]. It is easy to load cards into the holder and a simple on/off switch on the bottom.The cards are mostly the same, however, there are some new cards that require a player to "hit" on the card holder -- which may (or may not) shoot out cards to the player. The kids love the suspense of hitting the card holder because it's always a surprise about if it will shoot out cards -- or not.There is also a new card where a player can play all of a single color of cards (i.e. you can drop all yellows at one time with the card) which throws in a fun, new twist too.The kids love this game and, in particular, having the shooting card holder gets them excited every time.

OMG! BRINGS BACK MEMORIES FROM MY CHILD HOOD :) I JUST RECENTLY BOUGHT THE GAME FOR MY FAMILY. ALL WE DID WAS LAUGH THE WHOLE TIME LOL. DON'T SECOND GUESS YOUR SELF ON THE GAME JUST BUY IT. IT'S SO MUCH FUN. MY FAMILY AND I LOVE IT ... THE CARDS DO COME WITH IT BUT THE BATTERIES DON'T. YOU ARE GOING TO NEED C BATTERIES 3 OF THEM.1 BAD THING ABOUT IT WAS WHEN THE CARDS SHOOT OUT, SOME OF THEM FLIP OVER. I FIGURED OUT A WAY SO IT DOESN'T SHOW, PUT THE CARD BOARD THAT IT CAME WITH IN FRONT OF IT. IT CATCHES ALL OF THE CARD AND THEY AREN'T EXPOSED . GOOD LUCK 👍

For someone who never played UNO Attack and needs to read the instructions and rules would find this a bit more difficult with the new version of cards and the meaning of what each card does. The old version spells it out reverse, skip, draw 4, etc.The new version doesn’t spell it out an by glancing at the instructions what the new design an meaning of the special cards would seem to be confusing if you had never played before.UNO is a fun and entertaining game for all ages. For many years We have always loved playing UNO an now playing the UNO Attack with our granddaughtersA great game to play on those rainy or snowy evenings

This game absolutely brings the family together. The excitement of pressing the button and not know if you'll get no cards or a bunch is hilarious. Definitely GET this game and have it ready to play. One thing to not is that you need to make sure your not blocking the slot at all because even an inch or two away you black the cards from coming out. Assuming you want to play fairly then just make sure you have space to shoot.

Uno Attack and Uno Mega Hit are fun new alternatives to the traditional Uno. You will see new cards in the decks like "discard all" of one color, attack anyone with a draw 2, and Uno Attack has wild cards that you get to write-in what you want. We like to do shuffle hands, trade hands, everyone draws. When the device launches cards, its a bit chaotic. They fly everywhere.Uno Mega Hit does not have the write-in wild cards. This game also does not come with batteries. Be sure to pick some up, if this is a gift. After a good number of rounds and shuffling, the cards deck expands. You may need to pull a section out to start the game, or the device jams.

We bought this game for the grandkids, who already love the regular UNO card game. Before we introduced it to the kids we wanted to familiarize ourselves with the rules and operation. We tried it on another set of grandparents. What a blast. We laughed and laughed, as when you never hit the button, you never know what will happen. It was SO much fun. I know the grandkids (ages 8 and 10 will love this game once this pandemic is over and we can actually get together!

My kids love games and so do their kids! Giving cool games is so much more fun than just giving toys. Uno Attack has given us tons of family fun game nights. It's a family favorite. Easy for my kids ages 7+ to learn.
