Sadly they are too flexible to comfortably use as dough scrapers. The flexibility might be useful for other applications though.The scrapers have raised text on them which makes it more difficult to clean as the dough catches on the writing.

Work really well when working with dough. Other uses too! Wish I bought them a long time ago.

These work well, well made for the price (and brand is in EU/Germany), so easy to contact for any help needed.

Very useful. Well made. Just watch size to make sue they are big enough for your application

Nothing more to say, really, expect that I'm using them for more culinary applications than I expected.

So many sets means my kids & I have our own set & down't need to share. Stops squabbling, which was the whole point!
