So my mom has one of these and I have been coveting it since I rolled my perfect 10” pie dough out on it for Thanksgiving. I finally decided to order one the other day, it arrived early, and I used it this morning. It works perfectly as a mat on which you can measure and roll dough out. Thus the first 4 stars. Love it. Unfortunately I cut my dough on it not thinking twice (cinnamon rolls so this was a necessary step) and pretty much ruined the mat. I have rips in my brand new mat every inch or so. Maybe there’s a warning on the package, but you can’t get the mat out without pretty much destroying the packaging so I didn’t keep the packaging. Oh well. If it no longer works properly with the slits in it, I would likely order another one but I have to take away a star for the packaging and not having a clear warning for dummies like me who don’t think about the fact it’s a little flimsy and cut their cinnamon roll dough on it.

Love this product! Okay the conversion chart is awesome but it is missing table spoons lol. Perfect as an oven liner, Ive used it up to 375 convection so far. I have yet to go 425 or higher, but so far it works great and retains its shape and texture. It hasn’t changed colors or needed to be cleaned yet. If things go south I will update my review. Howevever I doubt they will. I have it on the bottom rack below the rack I use. This isn’t meant to be used to line the bottom of your oven. Of course this is only one purpose, but for its size it’s where I choose to leave it. I may order another one to use when I need a larger prep space. I have a smaller one for my counter.

Finally got around to using this. It's huge. I had misplaced it (home reno) and was on a desperate search when I was cooking. It was exactly what I wanted. Only drawback is it is not sturdy enough to do any cutting on like the one it is replacing. However, it can go in the oven and my previous one could not. So... give and take, right? I'm happy with it.

I didn't realize how much I'd wanted (needed) this mat until I received it. It is large, easy to read, easy to clean and has great stiction for using while making dough. I am genuinely excited to use it!

Great option to keep handy when baking . I have to cut the wrapping to take out the mat . Should be a little wider so it will be easy to take in and out .

Perfect for bread dough. Haven't tried pastry yet. Won't slip on my counter. Easy to clean in warm soapy water and rinse.

A terrific size. Non-skid. Great markings. Don't always feel like I am about to run off the edge of it. Good value. What's not to love? Great product.

Perfect for making pizzas. I hang it up to dry before putting away. Keeps the permanent surface clean and makes for an easy cleanup.
