Q: I need to place an order for 6 blinds. How long does that usually take to ship?

Hello, Production is "normally" at 5-7 business days for lead time. We have extended this to 30 days due to Covid closures. We are ramping up production and currently (as of 5/31/20) on the Cordless Faux Wood we are running them in 18 days. We are seeing production times getting shortened, but as of right now we do not want to promise anything, as we are still seeing closures and not a lot of reopening yet! Q: what if my leght is 82? I could not find a custom size past 71

Q: Will the head rail handle a 60" span, supported only at its edges?

Hello, Our 2" Faux wood blinds come with Center Support brackets as well, depending on width size it may come with 1-3.

Q: How can the string be tighten so the blind isnt crooked?

It doesn’t use a string. You push the blinds up or down from the bottom it almost feels magnetic. It moves easily enough. Very well made.
