There are only 9 screws to remove on the XBOX console to completely transform your case!!! Installation only takes 15 minutes. The kit does not come with a clear bottom to the XBOX because the original black one is not visible once installed. All of the components are actually attached to the black bottom of the XBOX and it would be difficult to install. Take a look at our pictures, the only time you can see the black bottom to the XBOX is from the back where the power supply is. NO LED KIT INCLUDED. However, GhostCase does offer a round LED in green or blue color for separate purchase.

Now I have a fully modded XBox and it looks great!!
I was surprised when this showed up without a bottom piece. But then I actually read the description. When everything is installed you cannot see the original bottom or back black pieces. The purple really looks great. My only issue is that it does not come with a installation guide of the front panel. Some reviews have stated that the case is easy to crack. I didn't have any problems but I would recommend watching a YouTube video before you take your XBox apart so you will better understand where the connection points are. My favorite part is the DVD drive cover which allows you to see your DVD/game disc spinning. Overall, I am very pleased with the purchase and I might even buy another color.

Way tooooooo brittle
I carefully disassembled my xbox and very carefully put the faceplate on. I took five minutes to put the buttons on carefully and the clips snapped off. I took 30 minutes to slowly put together the new case and it cracked. Next one I will just paint it. I took a long time to be careful and the thing almost fell apart.

Looks and fits nice
Used this for a clients soft modded xbox and fit great was a little snug on one corner just used a plastic guitar pick to wedge it on but looks great paired with the purple leds I ordered separate for just a few bucks.

It's a purple translucent case
Not the greatest fit. Feelt like it would break at any minute while assembling the xbox back together. The DVD drive only works with specific models and not well at that. I ended up removing the brace and gave up not being able to watch the drive spin.

Be WARNED!
Please notice for the people who want to mod their Xbox to the max and make it all one theme, this doesn't include a bottom which means your Xbox will be purple (or any other color you choose) and have a completely non matching black bottom. Personally I think the pictures were deceptive on making it look like a full case. Of course it was my fault for not reading the description.
