Super Strength Digestion 120 Caps

My cholesterol is not as low as it should be, but it has gone down recently thanks to eating less carbs and, strangely, more fat. I am told by my doc that the old adage of saturated fat causing heart disease has been re-examined and it turns out that high carbs lead to heart disease. This is a bummer because I love fat AND carbs. So I eat less carbs, likely eat more fat than the average person does, and take this as suggested. I was taking another digestive enzyme, but was told by my doc while going over my lab results that "you don't digest fat very well." Um, okay. This was the solution.I take one with each meal and my cholesterol has gone down AND there was not mention of my ability to digest fat during the review of my latest labwork. Can I feel a difference if I use this or not? No. But my labs speak for themselves and so I recently ordered another bottle, though this stuff is a bit more expensive than other digestive aids. Unlike other digestive aids, this actually works!

I had problems with cracks in skin in my hands and feet and itching. My chiropractor recommended this excellent product after noticing that my blood work indicated that my pancreas was somewhat stressed. My understanding is that this product contains the digestive enzymes necessary to break down the food we eat, thus make the nutrients in the food readily available to our bodies. It certainly helped me with daily upset-stomach episodes that I was having after meals. Recommendation: Take 1 cap with the first bite of food, at each meal. (very similar ingredient list as Digest Gold)

These actually work! Been trying other brands for years with poor results. My doc suggested these. So glad he did.

I'm on a very specialized diet and my nutritionist recommended I use these to increase the absorption of nutrients with each meal. Obviously I don't actually feel if they work or not but they don't have side effects and they are small and easy to swallow.

I use this every time I eat something. It's the only thing that works for me.

I will update my review because I'm only on my diets week, but it seems to be repairing the damage caused by other brands of enzymes like source naturals daily essential enzymes which caused extreme pain and burning,

UPDATE:after a 2 weeks of taking these pills I was ablet to use the bathroom more and I was in less pain from bloating...
