Business Communication Essentials (7th Edition)

Fast delivery. Was pretty expensive for a paperback rental. I've purchased the same size and type of textbook for far less. First couple pages are "stuck" together with God only knows what. Has quite a bit of writing on pages, but has the info I needed...so I'm glad to have it.

I like that the textbook is exactly the same that I want but the moment I open inside, about 30`40 first pages are already torn haft through. Now I have to be extra careful when using it so the pages do not fall out. So disappointed. They should check the textbook before renting it out.

I mean, i didn’t expect it to be in perfect condition because since i was renting it i knew it had been used before but it’s all ripped and then taped back up. Like it looks like it basically fell apart and was taped back together. There are some ink stains and such on the inside but i guess it could be worse because the words are still eligible.

Very Helpful if you suffer in writing messages or emails, focused, easy to read, lots of great examples. Will have you writing great memos, letters, and emails in no time.

The book is very good deal and the service is gr8.

It was for a class and covers the material very well.

The book was not beat up at all and it was a good book. lots of useful info.
