EXTREMELY effective blaster, better than the usual flatter models- When I looked at the photo of this one, I was skeptical because it's more recurved than most, way different than the original Weider models of the '80s, which I loved.When I tried this one, I was pleasantly shocked: It's tighter recurves hold the arms more rigidly in place, and it's strong, comfortable and just all-around great.I highly recommend this Blaster, Thank you, WAISFIT!

Seems to do as advertised
I do like the fact it is light and seems to work well enough except they could’ve made the cushioning around the neck a little bit better. But definitely helps with my out.

This thing works
The second I picked it up I could feel it was sturdy. The padding for the elbows seems adequate but overall comfort is just ok. The issue I have with it is where the straps meet the metal body. Those like to dig into my ribs.Does it work? Yes, it absolutely isolates your arms. Do a few reps with this and you'll feel your biceps burn. For better comfort I recommend raising it high on the body, just below the pecs. It feels better with my elbows free.

I dont like how it makes my chest and ribs feel, very restrictive in a unpleasant way. Does what it says it does.

バーベルアームカールで体が安定します。重量が上がったり、セットの後半などで反動を使うと体が起きてしまう事がありますが、アームブラスターを使う事によって肘と体が固定されるので、姿勢の乱れが最小限に抑えれます。二頭筋のトレは難しいので初心者の方ほど使用した方が良いと思います。基本となる姿勢、そんなイメージが付きやすいと思います。購入してから自宅トレのクオリティが高くなり満足です。悩んでる方は購入しても損はしないと思います。
