Pillow arrived quickly and packaged nicely. Pillow expanded right away after removing the plastic shell. It has an odor, which I don't like but it should go away with time, I think. I was so excited about trying it that I used it anyway. It's so soft and comfy. Very squeezable and pops back into shape immediately. It I had no headache or neck pain this morning. It is very low profile and my head settled in nicely. The pillow will not "mold" to your head, it supports the head. The pillow I was using was shredded memory foam. It was very moldableable but there was no give to it, and it was so hard. The Juvea is really soft. The latex is not quite bouncy but it pops back to shape as soon as you remove your head from it. I really like it.

This pillow is amazing I bought this 4 yrs ago and still use it every night. The comfort level this pillow gives me is amazing. I can't even go camping without it.

Great pillow. The King low loft feels less firm than the standard low loft. No smell.I was a 15 year customer of a certain higher end memory foam contour pillow. The memory foam of that pillow has changed so much and is just too hard that I've finally given up. I still need support (side and back sleeper) and I have a worsening autoimmune disorder that makes pillows very important so I went on a pillow shopping spree. None of the trendy pillows worked for me. Latex sounded good but there are none in stores near me so I had no idea what size to buy. I have to admit, I took advantage of the return policy with this brand and tried different lofts and sizes. I finally found the one. I guess I'll have to make up for the returns by buying many more in the future.

I have owned latex pillows before and love their softness and ability to rebound without needing to be fluffed and adjusted. I ordered a standard low profile pillow from Juvea and received a king size high profile by mistake. I tried it anyway and felt that the high profile was too thick and made me feel a little smothered as it was soft and my head sunk down quite a bit. I sent it back to get the standard low profile, not realizing that it only came in firm. When I received it, I was sad that it wasn't soft like the king high profile pillow. The firmness was too much for me and the profile wasn't low enough because my neck rested in an awkward position on a pillow that had little give. Sadly, I sent it back also and my search continues.

I bought the queen low profile pillow. This is my second latex pillow. The first one I got free, 13 years ago, with the purchase of my mattress. It has been the best pillow ever. I am a person that has to have her pillow. I don’t travel without it. If I’m going somewhere overnight, I’m bringing my pillow. It’s serious. I’m a side sleeper so I need some support, but I like a soft pillow. I like my head to sink into the pillow. I will never buy anything other than latex. If you pay $100 for a pillow but you have it for 13 years, you get your money’s worth. Having said all that, to me, this pillow is a little too firm. The “profile” is fine. My head just doesn’t sink into the pillow enough. It’s not so bad that I wake up with a sore neck, but I don’t lay my head down and smile contentedly either. Also this pillow is most definitely NOT a queen. It’s standard size. If you want soft and QUEEN sized, look elsewhere. Also, there’s a terribly strong odor, it goes away after the a day or so.

Love these just the right firmness for us great quality bought a pair almost 2 years ago still in perfect condition

I’ve had a latex pillow for several years, which I’ve loved. Unfortunately, it has now been ruined by the cat. I purchased this pillow hoping to replace my old one. As some other reviewers have noted, it smells horrible! I kept asking what was in the kitchen trash, did someone throw raw fish or chicken away? Soon discovered it was this pillow! Have never experienced this foul of an odor with any product. I actually purchased another pillow from this vendor (same latex, different size) and it did NOT have this horrid smell. So I don’t think it can be dismissed as just a “normal, new” smell. Additionally, it should be labeled as standard sized - NOT standard/queen. Definitely not a queen size pillow. Finally, the texture of the cover can be felt through your pillowcase, which is annoying, so beware. Needless to say, I’m returning the pillow.

This is a very nice pillow. The cover is thick and protective. I wish they made one a little lower. Thinking about getting the shredded one.
