Looks to be well made. Just not the low profile lid that was shown and what I wanted

The product came exactly as described; it was the vent, sealant putty and screws. For $20 it seems to nearly match the quality of the vent that came from the factory 11 years ago. I'm not positive what kind of plastic the cap is made out of, so I'm not sure what the UV resistance may be.While the sealant putty is certainly long enough to completely seal the vent to the roof of the camper (I had about 4" left over), it isn't quite as thick as I would have preferred. It probably doesn't matter though, as long as you install the putty evenly over the screw holes so it forms a proper seal against the roof and use every screw hole. For my own peace of mind, I used self-leveling roof sealant  Dicor 501LSW-1 Self-Leveling Lap Sealant, 4 Pack  to make sure I wouldn't have to worry about the putty working or not.One very important note is that the screws provided with my vent were for wood based roofs. My roof is aluminium, so I had to use self-tapping screws instead. Fortunately I had nearly enough. I did not put a screw in every hole because I had the roof sealant.I'm very happy with the overall quality of the product and expect it to work for many years.

Very experenced at home improvement but not much on RV roof stuff so this was a first. removing the old was not bad, the putty scraped off and I was careful not to tear the roof rubber liner. When I went to put the new one on, I wasn't sure if the putty they give you was to go under the flange of the new one or on top. In hindsight I am guessing on top but that seems illogical to not have any putty under it as well. They only provide enough putty to go around one time and since I put it on the underside I had to order more to finish the top as well and cover all the screws. Its also more narrow than I would have hoped, knowing you have to cover all the screws the edge of the flange and then onto the roof a little bit not sure why they don't include 2 pieces of putty and one of them little wider. It would only cost them another dollar or two. Works great though, for the price it was great purchase

Vent was easy to install. Vent cover appears to be very thin we will see how it holds up. Was packaged very well my vent was bent on the corners and needed to be straightened before installation.

This is a great value. It cones with all you need and fits the standard 14" cutout. It's a white cover . I is plastic and will sot in sun and weather im not expecting a lifetime warranty BUT im also not expecting to buy a new one next summer(will update spring 2022)

It was about what I expected. It is cheap because it is cheaply made. No suprise for me there. The cover can't be replaced without some diy effort, if then. They had the tape with mine but I don't think that would do the waterproff trick. I bought some good RV tape and backed it up with roof seal. I think that will be just fine.The shipping was a day after they projected but when is shipping on time when it is free?Like they say, you get what you pay for. For under 30 bucks, I don't really have any complaints
