Bout this for my mother who has arthritic pain in her knees bad. I stopped by her house yesterday as I always do on my way home from work. She darts out of the bedroom to show me how good she was walking and I was confused because she always walks well to me. She hugs me really tight and says " no pain" I can walk with no pain. Truthfully I had no idea she was in that much pain when she walked. So I am very happy for her and the pain relief she receives from the product. It's a nice big bottle also so she should be good for a while before I have to purchase again for her.
