The quality of the set, features, price and the look of the set are great. It was easy to install and program but my only problem with the set is that the factory default code cannot be deleted or disabled. That means that anyone who wants to enter your home that aware of this default code can do so. These units are popular or will be so with that comes the increased possibility that someone might use that default code to gain access. There's a slim chance that this will happen but it could and I wish the maker of the set would've thought of this also. I'm considering adding a second lock to the door for this reason and for added peace of mind.Overall I'm satisfied with the set and it works well.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  We wanted to upgrade our home lock with a Lock with better security system.This lock has strong deadbolts. I tried to disable the lock but I could not. It was inpenatrable trouble with the saw, the drill and was unbreakable.First I tried to hammer and cut off the deadbolt with a saw but I failed.Installation was very easy simple. They even included a traceable diagram to make holes in the door as needed.There is a very clear printer instruction booklet. I just followed the instructions provided in that and It was flawless.Resetting the passcode was very easy to and they are multiple options so we can pass on different codes to different guests and different users.The master lock code can remain with the owner.We can even teach it whether it's a left hand or right-handed door.The door handle is very useful. All the functions like deleting all the codes and altering the codes everything work perfectly. Receiver runs on batteries.I tested it out many times and I really feel that I made the best choice. Great locking system.only thing that I miss and this It doesn't have a smart feature. If I could integrate the slack system into my Google or Alexa that would have been even more joyful. What operating the smart lock also has its own difficulties and challenges.

I purchased this lockset for a decent price on Amazon. A friend of mine installed it with no problem. But neither one of us could change the program code to save our lives. We entered the “0000” and pressed the top button as indicated in the directions but we kept getting the red error lights. So after trying about 10 times, I read the directions once again and saw the section that mention pressing in the little button on the back battery box area for 5 seconds in order to reset the code to default. After doing this, I enter the default “0000“ programming code and FINALLY got a green light to proceed with changing the code!!!I’m not sure if it’s something with after sitting for a while before being purchased that the lock has to be reset or what but it sure fixed everything for me and I’m sure it will for anyone else having a problem setting up your programming and door unlock codes.

I absolutely love this product! It looks beautiful on my door, when I come home and have my hands full and need to open the door it’s much easier than if it was a turn knob. It is easy to operate, beautiful to look at, and quite honestly if my husband didn’t seem to have that hard of a time installing it.

It took me something like half an hour to replace the old lock, partly because I had to go back after I failed to install the black rubber pad in the right place, and had to back track. It also took a couple adjustments to align the holes with the locking mechanism. That said, it wasn't hard. I worried that entering the new codes would be challenging, but that part was actually easy. One thing that should have been clearer is that, to enter, you need to enter your user code, And Then press the top button, the "ITrack" button. If autolock isn't coming on, just follow instructions to turn it one/off. I did that once, then again, and Autolock started working. It will not work if the lock is not aligned well, preventing the lock from smoothly extending to engage. I turned off the beeping sound. Very pleased.

We have had this combo for almost a year and it is so convenient, great quality and I’m obsessed with it. Easy installation. The reason I’m posting this review is because the CUSTOMER. SERVICE. Is exceptional. Ours broke a few weeks ago, the deadbolt mechanism popped out and i reached out to the seller because it was past the return time frame and i wanted to know where i could purchase new parts for it. They offered to send me the parts but i couldn’t attach a photo of what i needed. They then offered to send the whole new set for me but we’re currently out of stock so they gave me a full.... REFUND. what an amazing way to treat your customers and that’s proof that they truly stand behind their product. I will be buying a new one with my refund because i do love this set and the price is right!

After looking at other similar, higher priced lock sets from other manufacturers I decided to take a chance this one. I was pleasantly surprised. Great quality and easy to install and program. I would definitely buy again.

We have recently refinished the front of our house, including new shutters and painting our front door to match. The existing hardware was old and faded, and we needed something to freshen up the door beyond the new paint. In comes this TACKLife deadbolt and handle. It was very easy to install. It meets all the standard cuts/dimensions for front door knobs/bolts. The hardware seems very durable. And it works! We have a Kwikset digital lock on our side door, and this is every bit as sturdy and attractive as the Kwikset.It's early returns, sure, but based on my experience thus far, you likely won't find anything comparable at a similar price. The extended warranty helps too. Highly recommend!
