KZ ZSX Earbud 5BA 1DD 12 Unit Hybrid Technology Sports HIFI Headset In-ear Earphones (Without mic, Cyan)

What can I say this kz earphones are the best they have made so far.My kz zs10 broke after 6 months and I ordered this to replace them.The packaging is very well presented much better than zs10pro.The earbuds themself are of higher quality they don't have the brushed metal finish like the zs10 pro which looked nice but would get scratched very easily this seem to much superior finish and won't get scratched with ease.The sound quality is great , compared to kz zs10 pro ( which I think was their best offering until now ) they persevere the same sound presentation but improve on everything just enough to make it worthy upgrade.The bass is nice and punchy not too v shaped it's just good and doesn't bleed into the mids.The mids are well presented bit recessed but the presentation is very clean and detailed , the zs10 were quite silvant compared to this.The highs is where they improve the most the preserve the amount of details but are no harsh anymore the metallic sound from zs10 pro is gone and the timbre is much improved.I would highly recommend this earphones to anyone who's looking to get best performance under £100 .

Very dynamic, but pleasant sound. You can tell straight away who tuned them - I own several pairs from this brand and they have that typical KZ signature, although they're the best all around. A little more expensive, being the flagship I believe, but I think it's worth paying more. What's different than my other pairs is that they're not as sibilant and sound a bit more alive with classic genres and live albums. I listen to everything from classical to metal and they're great fun, especially for the price. A "tip" - Foam tips help tame the high end a bit and make them a lot more comfortable, as they are on the big side. Nothing crazy if you've had multi driver IEMs, but may not suit smaller ears. One minus - the cable does tangle up like crazy and doesn't untangle that easily. I'm looking into getting a nice cable to go with these, and I'm not planning on upgrading, as we're talking a big jump in price for something drastically better. Great bargain overall!

Owned many iems in the past ( shures & senn momentums) this represents best value for sound . Sound improved with eq settings on Radsone ES100 & £15 balanced 2.5 mm cable from amazon . Adding the extra expense for ES100 & cable - overall spend of £145 still couldn’t beat this for sound quality . iPhone tracks ripped at 328 mps sound so good I’m listening to my library all over again & hearing sounds I never noticed before . Great product at a great price . Also this arrived earlier than advertised so also happy with seller for that .

Beautiful build quality, good fit. Response curve outstanding. My issue was my long ear canals. NO bass whatsoever UNLESS I push the buds and hold them way down in my ear canal... A little impractical. Gutted. Sadly returned, stick with Bluetooth over ears..

These IEM's are monstrous value for money and nicely put togethetbut there are issues.When I just pop them in and hook over the ears, they sound clean and well balanced but as I begin to insert them into the ear canal and fit them snugly into my ear, the bass vanishes. It's not about earbud air tightness eitherIf I could have got them into my ears with the bass extension remaining, I would have lovingly kept them but I fear KZ has designed them to act like a Bose bass module where the ear canal acts as an enclosure and for me it didn't work

The sound quality for the price is great however the shape of these IEMs results in a terrible fit in my ears and they lose their position within a few minutes resulting in bad audio isolation and discomfort. This might not be a problem for different ears, though if it is a concern I'd recommend to find other smaller IEMs.

Great value for the money for sure, the voices are a bit "nasal", flat on headphones on most octaves, definitely flatter than AS10. Bass is punchy and straight down, even when tested with 30Hz sines I've heard no distortions at all. Very sensitive IEMs, great to pair'em with portable gear, but with desktop headamp you might want an unity gain one or an iFi EarBuddy.

These buds sound terrific but I found the stiff over ear cable very cumbersome and unattractive
