So much better than a traditional ladder
Love this. The pebbles to keep it from floating were a little difficult to put in but so worth it. The steps/ladder are sturdier than the ladder that came with the pool but take up less room than traditional stair steps in a pool.

Happy with our purchase
It did take some time to put together, and the first step is a little flimsy but all in all very happy with it, we did use sand rather than gravel in it. We actually purchased this for our dogs to get out better and it has definitely helped that.

A lot better than the old ladder
Let's get right to it!The pros:- Was fairly easy to setup. (hair dryer recommended for the 'bending' parts.)- A lot easier to use getting out of the pool than the old ladder.- Looks decent and goes great with the pool.- Easy fit to a deck that is 4 or 5 inches lower than the lip of the pool.- Has a spot for a light (purchased separately)- Allows for a top step over the pool lip (purchased separately)The cons:- The railing that's out of the pool is a bit wobbly (It's blow-molded plastic after all)- You need to fill the sides with play sand or P-stone to keep it from floating... takes a while.- Vacuum gets hung up on it all the time (no fault of these particular stairs)- Did I mention the wobbly railing? All in all it's a decent set of stairs at a fairly reasonable price.I'd love to see arm on each side that would turn the rails into a sort of tripod for stability. I may MacGyver one myself.I did cut a coke bottle in half to use as a funnel to help putting in all the P-stone. Saved me about an hour there.I'd also love to see attachable, curved 'wings' that would direct the vacuum around the stairs but I've yet to see one that offers that feature. I may MacGyver something for that too.

I love these stairs!
These stairs are not only extremely sturdy, easy to get use but also take up way less space than the traditional pool ladder we had. The stairs are wide but low profile and do not stick out very far at all from the pool wall. I highly recommend and will never use a traditional pool ladder every again. I do recommend 2 to 3 people when assembling the stairs. 2 people to pop the stairs in and 1 person to hold the ladder steady.

Very fast delivery
Hello I love these set of steps it’s going to look great and safe and unfortunately we had a birthday party and they came the same day so we didn’t have time to mess with it . For sure the kids and the elders will feel so much safer . And it doesn’t take up all the room no sand bags, they are so worth getting and the price is affordable, I recommended this set to all my friends that were looking for a good set of steps , thank you so very much .

Not What I Expected
The assembly is not for the faint of heart. The steps must be well heated to bend them into place. To get the other side of the frame to line up and engage was quite difficult. The steps are sturdy but you need more than 5 lbs of gravel as ballast to hold the steps in place. Even after the water filled the inside of the structure, the steps tried to float.

Perfect ladder for kids and entertaining
We were so hesitant about the size of this ladder because our pool is smaller (12x20). But it’s perfect. It really doesn’t take up much space in the pool. It’s a cross between a ladder and steps. It’s very sturdy. My two toddler boys have mastered getting in and out on their own. We were worried about drilling into the pool top rail but I have no regrets. I imagine this ladder lasting and enduring many, many pool parties in the years ahead. I will say it was definitely hard to bend the steps as the directions say. But it’s doable.
