Do not buy. It doesn’t stick to your body and the setting don’t work. My mother has one that she purchased from somewhere else and you could actually feel it when it’s used. With this one, I had to put a band over it to keep it on. And THEN unlike other equipment like this, it only has 5-10 min cycles. Like I said, you can’t feel the stimulation. Had I not tried my mother’s I wouldn’t know how it should feel. This product is flimsy.

I bought the MBody Slendertone belt OMG it worksMy results is stalled out. Be careful with these ems items because you can cause SKELETAL MUSCLE STRAIN. I could feel every pulse i used it for a month and took a break. From it and after a week. My chest decided to spasm on me and i had to take a trip to the ER So Truely be careful with this product. The Reason i bought it was to hit my inner abs so i can feel more solid in my jumping workouts. I had the flex belt long ago when i started learning kungfu and it helped me in sustaining my bridges longer when i was working on back flexibility. THIS IS A PRO LEVEL DEVICE. Don’t just buy this if you want abs, buy this to help influence your abs. You still need to work out and stretch properly. I guess my body was better at handling the pulse level when i was younger. Oh well by the way i was following the manuals work out schedule. But i guess i need to do low intensity on it and not do the 70 70 intensity it had in there.I Still recommend this product ITS DOPE! and i wanna be like Goku! Stay training!

I work alot and don't have much time to work out because of family priorities outside of work. This is a great alternative. I wear it while I'm doing anything around the house, working outside, cleaning, playing with my kids, or when I'm laying around watching t.v. The different settings are really great you can actually see your muscles moving and you feel it long after you take it off. I would definitely buy this again.

The issue with this product is the gel pads and lack of adequate instructions. My first use I made sure to have a clean dry surface and read the instructions thoroughly. The gel pads still had issues sticking . If the pads don’t stick the product won’t work. They had extra gel pads but no instructions for them or guidance on when and how to replace. Furthermore, the picture was very deceptive. I did not purchase the first version because I wanted a belt and not to rely on gel pads to stick on and keep it there. This product does not attach to itself in the back, perhaps that was my bad but from the frontal view of the product I assumed it would attach to itself in the back so it was more secure. You cannot move around with it on because it will fall off. You basically have to be hairless as well.

I had purchased this product to help tone my abdomen area. I used it everyday for over a month. I could feel the stimulation but was not always the same throughout, even when changing the sticky pads. Also, the big piece for abdomen area never stuck well to my skin and I followed all the directions. I would have to tie scarves around it to keep it in place.

This was a disappointment . I didn’t realize that this thing didn’t even wrap all of the way around the bod and was held on by some weird goo tell pad. The belt kept coming loose and falling off. I had to resort to wrapping an additional electric bad around my stomach to keep it on, equally as awkward for the arm pads. Don’t waste you’re money. Just do some push ups.

It is easy to use but feels more like a tens unit. When I put it on I don't feel my muscles contract unless I turn it to the highest setting which hurts, which is why my muscles contract because I tighten up my stomach muscles. Maybe that is the purpose but it hurts on that setting. The adhesive could be better, they don't stay on for long. I hold mine on with a waist trainer.

I purchased this product, to replace the even cheaper products that I bought not even 5 days before. I quickly learned that these belts are ALSO made of cheap flimsy plastic, with and adhesive that won't even hold the top two or bottom two pads to your body standing up. When I replaced the pads, well - you can see what kind of product this is! Worse than that, the charge doesn't even extend out to the end of the pad. The absolute worst product EVER. Refund my money immediately!
