KJV Economy New Testament with Psalms, Black Trade Paper

I bought this little testament as a "training Bible" for my 2 year old grandson. His parents buy each of their children their own Bible for their fifth birthday. But, of course, the younger ones want to hold a Bible during worship because they want to participate as much as they can along with the family. It is surprisingly difficult to find a plain text copy of the scriptures anymore. I was pleased to find this one at a reasonable price. It is well constructed and clearly printed on good paper with a nice binding. Very compact, it would fit easily into a purse or pocket for an older person wanting to have a "hard copy" of God's Word easily accessible.

KJV with no extra commentary. The pages are thick enough for the text not to bleed through very much. Also, the weight and feel of the book are very good. It opens and lays flat for reading. My favorite Bible. I also like the hard cover. I ordered several of these to have around.

I like the size, pages, and font.

I thought I purchased a large print version with 12 point font. That criteria was what I searched for. I guess I was led to these 4 inch ones thinking I was still looking at the larger edition. The number of pages listed was 576, close to the same as the one I was replacing. This one only has 105. I didn't look at the dimensions since I trusted it was like my old one. I'll give three stars for the fact it's the Word of God and my boys can stick them in their inside coat pocket. Deduct two for the small size, lack of this information in product description paragraph, and misrepresentation of the number of pages.

Thus is a comfortable size to put in purse or keep by TV chair. The print size is really good (large print) and complete Psalms are included.

It's not what I ordered. I ordered the "santa biblia" in Spanish with imitation leather, I got a small new testament paperback bible in english. This is really messed up for anyone who doesn't speak english and was looking for a small bible in a language they can read. This is the opposite of what was shown in the listing.Do not order!!

Bought these for my Sunday School class. I appreciated the value, as I had to buy 12.

When it arrived I WAS so put off by how very small this was. Not at all what I expected for a new testament. I use them to place all around my home for reading where ever I or anyone else is but this one is to small for that.

This was smaller than I thought, but it is so cute and perfect size for a side pocket/jacket pocket. The font is small and since Im very near sighted I just remove my glasses to read it lol The font is nice and clear and the red lettering is a nice calm red/brown not that bright red, enough space between sentences makes it easier to read. You could underline verses if you had a fine tip pen and a steady hand, other wise best left for larger print. While the price of $3.99 was fair, being charged just shy of $7 for shipping/handling was abit nuts! The NT hardley weighs anything and they had it nicely wrapped in plastic but used a huge envelope, a smaller envelope would have been sufficient and reduced postage/handling. Over charged on that. Would I recommend this little NT definitely. These little testaments are good as gifts too.
