I am going to talk briefly about the products. But what I REALLY want to talk about is the customer service. But people have product questions, so that's up top.PRODUCT:Other folks have covered what's in the box and fleshed out the instructions. The various components may be somewhat preassembled (or disassembled), be items that could be sold on their own (the lenses, for example), and not match the hints in the included guide. My big hangup was that I didn't realize the cell phone mount and the tablet mount were different items.Go slowly here -- this is definitely a consumer, not a studio item. It's not meant to take a lot of stress on the aluminum, and is only stable at so much weight. They've given you the mounts and fasteners to ensure the use and safety of your greatest investment -- your mobile devices. I mounted a 12 inch iPadPro. Using any of the covers I had on hand for edge protection though? definitely not an option.I also want you to note that everything in this kit related to the tripod -- the ball mount for the ring light, the threading on the light -- all of the threading -- is bog standard. If the tripod itself doesn't fit the situationi you're in, and you'd like that ring light or your cell phone holder attached to a GorillaPod? You do you. Just about the only small parts item I didn't see that kind of versatility in was the all plastic clamp for the device holders, and again, at this price point, as long as that clamp keeps my device position and angled appropriately, steadily, and balanced, I am delighted.OK THE CUSTOMER SERVICEWhat I really want to talk about.I bought this product in November. Life... intervened. I didn't do video (or work) because of illness. Other things popped it down the priority list. I didn't begin assembling the product until 6 months after its purchase and any semblence of customer service or warranty window had expired.I thought it was worth contacting SaveYour, but frankly, I was embarassed. Stuff happens. Pandemic shipping services got rough with things. But I didn't follow up on my end of things -- ensuring safe arrival -- the way I should. I didn't play a sad fiddle, about what led to me effectively flaking. I just let them know my tripod arrived with a leg broken. I could still get value from some bits and bobs out of the kit, but would appreciate any kindness on their part even with my terrible tardiness. I also mentioned that I was struggling to match parts to the hint sheet, and offered photographic proof of my film camera collection that tripod bits were familiar, if not the variations of attaching 21st century gegaws.I got a prompt response to my email--within 2 hours, maybe quicker. It was kind, personal, professional, and a new tripod kit -- minus ringlight -- in four days. At no charge to me, Because they dropped a kit, they also effectively gave me a couple of spare device mounts a BT trigger. even shipping. ​I would have paid shipping, a discounted price, or simply been ok if they politely reaffirmed their warranty and support window.A pure business interaction would have been A-okay. But there was an underlayer of kindness. And again, all very professional.This is the kind of thing that 100% blows me out of the water. Not a zillion years of durability on what's effectively a mass produced commodity level lighting accessory. (Sorry, SaveYour, but I'm realistic. Still love the package.) But customer service, and meeting people as humans.

The media could not be loaded.  I have been looking for a Ring light camera set for a while now to use for my ebay listings and for creating travel videos and came across on this one. The price is within my budget and the reviews were great. It came with a complete set with phone or i pad accessories for self stick shots. It is very easy to assemble. Very sturdy. I love how you can adjust the brightness and the tripod itself is adjustable as well. Having the storage bag is a plus as well for storing it away. I also love that it has a wireless remote for control. I definitely recommend this product to anyone who are video editors, bloggers, product ambassadors and to people who just simply want to start a project and go wit the trend.

Nice stand but the holding part is a little tricky.

After only one or two uses the the tripod started to fall apart. The cheap metal used for the tripod legs snapped off and broke entirely. None of the clamps get tight and is very flimsy. The tripod is unable to keep the phone or tablet steady. The ring light continuously falls down.

I like that it has 3 different light settings; warm, bright, and white. It also is adjustable to any height. It's prefect for any content creator, or to just take pictures.

It is flimsy, the stand itself can barely hold up an iPad mini, let alone a phone along with it. It is not sturdy enough, one minor move or bump and it will topple over. I could not use the stand as I didn't want to risk it falling over and breaking my iPad. But the ring light and all the iPad holder worked great. The iPad holder was strong enough to hold my iPad mini. The ring light was bright enough and different brightness settings without any issues. I didn't use the phone holder since I could not use the stand. For the cost it is as expected, but I may return it since the stand is useless.

It's not very sturdy no matter how much I adjust it. the tablet holder does not stay on and falls easily which broke my tablet. I will say the light is durable tho with how many times it's crashed to the floor, the light still works.

The whole package was very comprehensive, includes the parts and accessories needed. Quick to setup and very compact/light; fits in a carry-on luggage. Highly recommend for DIY photobooths!

Esta padrisimo, sostiene bien el ipad 8 de mi niña y a ella le encanto.

Ilumina bien a un máximo de distancia de 1 metro. El soporte funciona bien para el peso de un teléfono, pero no sirve muy bien para una tablet pesada.

El producto está x, falto una de las lentes no lo volvería a comprar
