I am a size 10 and the size M/L fit me perfectly. The item is just like it is in the picture and does a good job of holding my tummy in and smoothing it out. The only thing that could be improved is I wish the control area started lower, just because my tummy just bulges slightly at the bottom. Overall, can't complain considering the price, you would have to pay £20 for something like this in high street stores.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered these knickers,These arrived today and I was nicely surprised when I tried them on. I found them to be well made and neat fitting. They have covert bones made into them that keeps them in place and secure (The top does not roll down). I found the fit snug where it should be, and it has give in the right places. Although I have not worn them out as yet, I feel very positive about them.

I like how this high waisted body thong shapewear doesn't look clumpy or ruffled under clothing, so that's a plus.One thing I really dislike is when shapewears make you look all blocky and square under a basic Tee, but this one is so comfy and so form-fitted that it's seamless!

Quite small, but does the job intended...
I bought the small, as I'm a size 8-10. However this was really very small. Quite right to get on and off, so it certainly did the trick of holding everything in place!

Good product!
I bought something similar before but I found it was a bit too stretchy not holding up much. But this one is really doing the job. It looks really tight but once on, it holds everything in. A good choice for me who is too lazy to do work out. And it's well made as well.

Only 4-stars as it didn't quite fit at the waist as well as I hoped. I'm about a UK10 with 25-27 inch waist. I ordered the M/L and found that it was not as snug as most shapewear. Either that or this shapewear only provides light control.

Don't buy
People need to stop lying on this reviews, this thing it's a totally waste of money!! Unless you have a flat stomach this piece of fabric don't flatten your belly at all, and further more the metals came of when I was trying to put it on!

Choose one size bigger, so tight fat rolled up
Very tight and quite difficult to get on. I ordered a size 10 and it came up quite small. Ok once on but as it was so tight it pushed any fat I had upwards so I looked like I had a roll of fat underneath my dress. Might be ok to smooth out any slight lumps and bumps but I would go up a size
