WiltonNonstick 6-Cavity Summer Mini Cake Pan

Having become obsessed with individual sized desserts, I was eager to get this pan and try it out. I think the pan performed wonderfully. The crusts (baked unfilled) cooked evenly and popped right out after they cooled.The only complaint - and it's pretty minor, really - is that after you have the first crust fitted in, there isn't much space between the cavities to lay the second crust down on the top of the pan to start fitting it into the cavity.I do have these tips to offer: after you cut the crusts (I used a 6 inch cookie cutter that was just a little bit too big) layer them with waxed paper or parchment between them and chill them. Caveat: too much chilling and they will break as you try to fit them into the cavity; too little chilling and they just flop around. So, experiment with how long it takes to get the crust just right for you. And after all six are fitted in the pan, chill them again before baking. Just 10 or 15 minutes is enough time. I found I could fit two in at a time before the dough got too soft (of course my kitchen may have been warmer than yours - that's a factor, too) and I had to refrigerate the dough and the pan for a few minutes before proceeding.All in all, though, I love this pan. Have more dough chilling even as I type.

The grand kids loved the little individual cakes. It's just the right size for making little cakes & brownies. Good buy and a trusted brand.

I purchased this hoping to make whole chocolate Easter eggs. I should've used a silicone instead. The pan is beautiful. No doubt, it works perfectly with more cake like substances. But, for chocolate, it typically stuck to the pan after cooling unless I used a generous spraying of PAM and then placed it into the freezer for shrinkage.

Absolutely NO STICKING! Big fan of Wiltons. This pan made my daughter's first birthday cake a success! That's coming from someone who can either bake something that looks ugly but tastes good, or looks awesome and tastes horrible. Her cake turned out cute and tasted yummy!

my daughter used this right away with some cookie mix and it was a great way to have some birthday sundaes. Very easy to use and a fun way to eat ice cream. I want to try it with some variations with it to see what other ideas would work... corn meal dough for a thick chili or taco bowl perhaps....

This worked great to make pizza bits for my kiddos.Pizza dough, tablespoon of pizza sauce, pepperoni and cheese. Little sprinkle of itailain season.Bake 375 for 10-12 minutes. Supper yummy

I use this pan to make bath bombs. The cavities are the perfect size, and the heart shapes make really cute gifts. The non-stick coating is very effective, and the pan is very sturdy.

These are great for making bath bombs, they are larger than expected so make really big ones but can be broken up into pieces if you like smaller ones.
